Doesn't work despite selecting the "previous Windows installations" option. Everything else deletes except that, and the file remains.

bro when I go to my settings>system>storage>temporary files, it says I have 4GB of previous windows updates, but there is no option for me to delete them. I don't have a windows.old folder, and when I go to disk cleanup, there is no box that says previous windows updates. I have no solution for my problem :( pls help
