This all really goes to show how much of a rabbit hole lotro can be which is why I'm thankful for good guides like this. Im over a year into this game and still have so much to learn and discover, both in Middle Earth and about the game which is awesome

Great video ! In the bottom left of the map, there are the coordinates of the mouse. Really useful. Also there is a plugin to help finding the exact coordinate which is called waypoint.
Don't worry you will get them as you go, mostly deeds appear once you find one of the locations if it's a location deed, You start killing a certain mob or creature if it's one of a killing deed, If you complete some quest if it's a quest deed etc. Just keep playing they will pop up. You're not doing anything wrong. Good luck!
If using the Lotro-wiki page, often you can go to the region page, and it will list all the deeds for that region in one section. If doing a lot of quests in an area, you might want to hold off working on slayer deeds until done questing in an area, as you will make a lot of progress while questing. Slayer deed accelerators are great especially when killing enemies that are lower level to you. You can complete them very fast. Just be aware that if the enemies are grey to you, they won't show up on the minimap. Usually, you have to complete the meta-deeds in order to get virtue xp, such as all the slayer deeds for a region. I find slayer deeds tedious, so I set minigoals. Kill 50 of something, hunt for 30 mins then do some questing, come back later and get another 50. Most anything to break up the routine. Good hunting all.

Pretty much right after intro. Doing quests, killing monsters and other things start Opening them.

I just started as a Hunter Elf of Lorien. I'm currently doing the intro quest but I never recieved a deed in my deed log. What am I doing wrong?
