I look forward to and enjoy your videos more than Gardeners' World.
Absolutely. I learn so much about different plants.
Me too!
The camera person does a great job keeping up with you !
I agree and makes sure he gets close to him when a plane goes over!! He needs to get John his own mic, lol!

First time catching this series and I have to say, the energy and passion is infectious. I am supposed to be resting an injured back, but watching this gentleman work has me looking out the windows thinking I need to get out there.
So many beautiful plants! Thank you John for taking us on the tour of your beautiful garden.
You certainly know your stuff I love watching and learning about all the plants and trees, better than gardeners World.😊
Agree with an earlier comment….these videos are better in every way than Gardeners World. Plus I love the humour
Yes. Another video from the plant whisperer. ❤❤
😂I, too, have a fern in my garden, obtained many years ago, during a ramble through the woods🤫
You always manage to make me laugh John!
Be watching your videos a long time now Thanks, God Bless!!!..
Thanks John,always a joy.
Its just such a beautiful garden, just wish I lived nearer, I would be at John Lords garden centre every day
Thanks for a great video, John. I'm in southern Ontario, Canada and it has been very hot and muggy for the last 3 weeks. It has also been exceptionally rainy weather, so everything is growing in leaps and bounds, including the weeds! Oh well, we have to work with what we're given so I'm back out this morning to pull more Canada thistle!
You're such a doll when you laugh! :swoon:
outstanding collection of plants and excellent camera resolution.
Wow the garden is just absolutely beautiful thx John.
Great energy and enthusiasm couple with all that knowledge. Nice!
Garden is looking fabulous as always John . Your passion for the plants really shines 🌹
Go on John ya good thing!
Another excellent video john😊
Always love your videos. So informative & beautiful. Your nursery must be amazing. Shame it's a bit far to visit from Australia!
Love these videos.
Informative but so funny too.
You would do a great stand up comedy John.
Thank you for another great video 🌻
Late night watching.
John I love the love you have for each of your plants, from the biggest to the smallest
It's past my bedtime , so I will watch the rest tomorrow .......gave you a thumbs up in advance 💐🐝🐝🦋🍀x
I would love to grow all your beautiful plants in my garden and hill top, but living next to woods I have a huge slug problem. John, how do you deal with slugs with Ireland being so wet? It's so frustrating that even the plants that are suppose to be slug resistant are still eaten.
Thanks John - great stuff ,Enjoy the season !
I haven't seen any agapanthus in your gardens.
Do they not grow well in Ireland?
Love the buttery yellow Shasta daisy. Haven't seen one before.
The Dierama should be upright, definitely fingers and hands going in.
Might be worth saving the seeds and propagating a few to sell. They're great hardy, tall perenials.
Japanese Anenomes and bindweed are my sworn enemies. 12 yrs and I'm still losing the fight.
Im glad you've professed to being a part of the "garden thieves club".....the sign of a passionate and inquisitive gardener.
Looking great atm John, beautiful suprises around every bend.
Jo😊
great video, thanks for sharing. hope you have a great day!
I thought planting in wet soil is a no no …thanks for this…great video as always John
Dry shade, organic matter. Okay, John, thank you for that tip. I've been trying to grow Tropaeolum speciosum for years. I'll give it another go.
I planted carex in full sun! Oh well...
Which per sic aria is on the bottom left at 17.32 please? It’s beautiful
John Lord❤
Have you ever grown Serviceberry trees and can I espalier one? I have searched and searched and I guess I will just give it a go.
I know that it is recommended to use rootstock from a dwarf variety for fruit trees like apple and pear trees. Otherwise they grow too fast. Plus the dwarf rootstock is said to help create more fruit. Just something to consider.
@@jerrywhidby. thank you!

Gardeners world is not a gardening program it's an advert for all the things they are trying to sell.
