    bonus answers
6-x5 corny kegs in rotation. I find 4 or more mths age best flavour, remaining 4L in bottles which allows for sampling when freinds and family visits
7-plate chiller which is difficult to clean but have developed a cleaning process which works ok. Recommend buying the more expensive counterflow chiller as the $100 diff isnt worth it
