Doesn't make sense that the father shot the baby four times and didn't kill the child, he had more than enough time to kill the baby with one shot, come on it sounds like when the officers entered the home the child startled the officers and they shot towards the noises the baby made , it sounds like the Peoria police department owes this family a new home
