Will you talk about astral travel and how to do it from seated meditation? Also do you consider the void the same thing as the Buddhist cessation of consciousness beyond all Jhanas. For me it felt like dissolving into a black hole but I cannot get a repeat these experiences just come when they come.
Astral Travel is not possible without Samyama and then it is a Siddhi of the super conscious mind and not of the physical person. To cultivate the ability to be anywhere or travel or scale are esoteric Siddhis that have nothing to do with cojuring tricks or hypnogogia. So first cultivate Samyama and then see what happens...

It’s just interesting to me. Yes I experienced the astral projection from hypnogogic state but I don’t think this is the same as what the yogis talk about when they go talk with nagas and stuff in other dimensions… could it be an endogenous dmt release?

@@rajadasworld have you tried extensive fire kasina meditation e.g what Daniel Ingrim recommends. This after many days has put many into extended astral realms with contacts with beings. It may all just be phenomenal but it’s still interesting. Many experiences of powers too.

Stop that Mantra and do Kriyas fora while instead to heal. Chant Gorakshar Agni Om to heal the throat

Guruji It happens everytime I chant gaitri and Krishna bhagwan mul mantra. And now it's happening even in small mantras. Can you please tell me what is the cause of this pain. What should I do that this pain doesn't occur again. I chant gaitri in proper meter. Idk what I am doing wrong
