I tried the heart meditation you taught. Honestly I couldn't feel much difference. May be I need more practice. But if I see something lovely, say like a beautiful puppy, a flower or anything wonderful, I instantly feel the bliss in my heart and I am all love instantaneously. My question is, is this bliss and the Bliss you are talking about one and the same or may be similar or totally different. Just so that I get a reference point. I appreciate and grateful for all your videos. 🙏🙏🙏❤

when somebody is doing semen retention and after 8 years of semen retention he has 3 to 4 relapse ,does it mean that if he starts to do semen retention he should start from the beginning and those 8 years of semen retention can not be considered ?as Swami Vivekananda said that one should be brahmachary for at least twelve years ,it means that any relapse means starting from the beginning or those years of semen retention still have effect ?
