Hey Angel!! it was my pleasure to give you the "nickel tour" of the place!!...next time you make it down this way, let me know so we can get together, and me and the wife-unit will show ya around some of our favorite places here around St. Pete, and see what kind of weirdness we can dive into here in the temple!! we dont have a "emotional support fuzzball" on staff here at the home shop, but my "mentally challenged" basset hound loves EVERYONE!! (horrible guard dog, and dumb to the core....but we love him😂)
Hahaha that sounds like a great plan to me Joe! Thanks for taking a chunk out of your day to tell me about what you all do down in TRF 😎 I’ll definitely hit y’all up next time I make it to that corner of the continent!
Joe is a very cool guy! (TRF- people need such workshops just like a breath of air). I absolutely agree with Joe, now it is very difficult to find a person who will repair the crankshaft qualitatively, this is almost five people for the whole country. Joe's motorcycle is the epitome of friendship of peoples, with a piece from each motorcycle..❤
Good to see such places still exist. Keep up the good work guys. Riding a 1997 Triumph, I wish more shops like this existed here too, instead of the usual "motorcycle salesmen".
longtime TRF customer here...The Ride Factory isn't just a cool place with competent staff. The owners are decent, honest people doing right by their customers. The shop is a beacon of integrity in the dense fog of selfishness that seems to have usurped our culture. Thanks for spotlighting them, Angel!
You definitely got some sun down there in FLA.! I'm so thankful there are still shops like TRF! My friend has a shop and he will work on any brand. Folks come from near and far with their old bikes to get work done on them and he charges less than a dealership. Loved seeing the tour of TRF! Stay safe! Peace
Good to see your wanderings in Florida. Also glad to see you showcase The Ride Factory! They seem to be involved in Forgotten Angels a lot . Joe is establishing himself after partnering with Shadetree.
Thats really awesome! Where I live in Arizona, the only place you will find people that will work on old bikes is the Independent shops. Dealers are really messing up by not supporting the bikes that got them where they are.
Good morning 🌅, Angel, Great to see surface facilities for looking after older bikes, as we all know that HD just don’t want to know, they don’t want to look after their loyal customers anymore, Great to see you’ve got my bikes all lined up in the front, sporty FXR and V rod, the same colour and model Duce , this is a very good shop, Thanks for sharing your visit to Tampa, 💔from France.
For fifty yrs. I repaired Scoots and cars in my shop, did alignments, trued bike crankshafts, rodded radiators. On the side I was on the Ray Price race team. Ray set many records. RIP Ray Price.
The independents are pretty rare these days. Covid shut down quite a few. Great when you do find them though! If you ever come to Wisconsin I can show you the absolute coolest Harley dealership on earth. Old school! A trip to the Harley Museum would be great also although the best of the best (museum) is in North Carolina.
There was a shop near me that was like that. It was actually an old Harley shop before Harley made their dealers invest in new buildings. The guy serviced most, and was really good. He’s since retired, but still does stuff on the side to keep busy. Now it’s a church….🤷♂️
I've been there many times. Never again, though... Interesting (but not surprising, to me) that the owners/managers weren't in a video such as this. Joe is a good guy, though. 😄
There used to be a chrome plating shop next door to that place and you can tell by the sidelong glances she keeps making into the camera that she is not overly impressed.
There was an old Yamaha in the hall. I wonder what she needs an oil tank for? (After all, such an engine does not need an oil pump. Does this mean that this tank is for mixing gasoline and oil in the carburetor? It's pretty cool for an old engine..
Dadgummit Angel why couldn't you have put this video out about a month ago while I was in Tarpon Springs visiting the sponge docks and the Greek community for a couple of days before heading on down to the Keys on my vacation, I would've loved to have stopped by this place to have seen if they had or knew where to get a few things that I've been looking for for my 72 Shovelhead that I want too replace now even though she doesn't need them right now before she ends up needing them and i can't find them. While we were in Tarpon Springs we also tried to go by OCC and got caught in a torrential downpour on our bikes, i was the only one who had rain gear with me un my tour pack however, by the time we got of the freeway and pulled over the rain had stopped so we just rode on and I dried out by the wind. We were 56 miles away from our hotel and much to our dismay OCC ended up being closed for the day also. We'll have to hit both of them up next year when we go back again to do the things we missed out on doing this year since we don't have to divert from going straight to our destination to pickup the custom Harley Davidson enclosed cargo trailer that I had built for our vacations to haul the bikes around and ťo protect at the same time.
That's my kind of shop. I'm so tired of Harley, won't touch my bike neither of them but will sell you the parts. That's just bullshit. Bike says Harley Davidson, your a Harley dealer fix it. Ma, and Pop make the Harley world go round.
Hi, I know the problem with the “don't touch” on my Pan, ....... everyone says great moped, ........aber don't bring the part in for repair, ...........da must have lost a lot of knowledge with the professional mechanics, .....

Good to see such places still exist. Keep up the good work guys. Riding a 1997 Triumph, I wish more shops like this existed here too, instead of the usual "motorcycle salesmen".
My kind of place; I'm glad they still exist.
Thanks for giving TRF a shout out. Good to know they exist. Basically a gold mine for folks with old bikes.
Joe is hilarious 😂

Good Man! Long may his shop continue.
Joe's the best.
Thats really awesome! Where I live in Arizona, the only place you will find people that will work on old bikes is the Independent shops. Dealers are really messing up by not supporting the bikes that got them where they are.
Tremendous variety that they work on. Quite impressive! Iy certainly seems like THE place!
Joe is a mine of knowledge and experience aswell as funny.

Very cool shop. With that many bikes they must do great work. Thanks for sharing with us ✌️

ROCKET KITTY❣ Geezz Red, ya could have introduced Brian & Mel😅
Awesome Angel. Joe is awesome.
I always try and support local bossiness, rather than big chain shops, you generally get better friendly/ personal service!
TRF looks like a great place. Hopefully if I make it to Tampa again I'll get to stop by and buy something.
Hello Angel ❤ good video...great shop ! Be safe lady!!
The bastard bike and that old Yamaha is too cool.🔥✌️

How much do you love the weather in Florida?
Remember he’s the one with the accent 🤣
Боже, Ангел, ты красная как варёный рак, тебя можно под пиво съесть, солнце Флориды беспощадно, береги себя! 😂❤
