Bucks at 15 invalidates this whole list. I don’t care if the other two are Thanasis and Pat Bev, Giannis being in your top 3 should automatically puts you in the top 5
I have Giannis as 2nd in my “best player from every team” ranking. This is about the 3. He and Dame didn’t click in year 1 and the 3rd option just had surgery on both ankles 2 weeks ago. Giannis is great. But his supporting cast is quickly deteriorating.
Could end up that way. IMO that would actually be worse for GSW. I think we know what Hield is at this point in his career, Kuminga still has a chance to grow.
It’s truly mind blowing how bad things have gone with the supporting cast around Lebron and AD since the bubble. It’s like they’ve taken every opportunity to do the exact opposite of what works.
The fit is weird because they have 3 guys who initiate a ton of their offense from the same space on the floor. It’s not an insurmountable issue, but it is one that will require them to figure out how to maximize them together.
Because the last time we saw Ja/JJJ/Bane they were battling at the top of the Western conference and Ja was an MVP candidate. The ceiling is crazy high. Just have to see it again after all of his issues. Lonzo hasn’t played basketball in 2 years and any expectations of what he is going to look like IF he ever plays again should be low and just happy to see him on the court.
I find that highly unlikely. The only thing coming out of last year that was clear is that Wemby needs to play with a competent PG. That’s why they went and signed CP3 in the first place. Castle might not even be a point guard. He certainly didn’t play it in college. He might end up being AWESOME. But going into next season I can’t imagine he’s their starting point guard.
I’m getting a lot of Bucks feedback and I just don’t see where there is any optimism in their 3rd guy. Middleton is never healthy and just had 2 surgeries within the past month and Lopez will turn 37 during next season. As a duo Dame/Giannis ranks better than this, but as a trio? I think that the clippers should definitely be below the Heat. It comes down to that James Harden is aging very poorly and is not what he used to be. Also betting on Kawhii to be healthy is not favorable odds.
You make a fair point but I think Harden is probably adapting the best of the 3 guys in question. Played 72 games last year, still shoots 38% from 3 and has continued to be a facilitator. Kawhi is still the best of the 3 when he is healthy, and is coming off his most games played since San Antonio. Butler is the one I worry about the most because he hasn’t cleared 65 games since Minnesota and all the miles on his tires have been hard miles. I worry about what mid30s is going to do to him. I also hate the fact that I think this because I don’t much care for harden or Kawhi from a fan POV lol. And to tie a bow on the whole thing it’s a “big 3” discussion and Tyler Herro is the weakest link of all of them given how unavailable he has been, somehow worse than this whole group of aging superstars.
I went back and forth with Holiday. At the end of the day there are only a couple elite 7’3 floor spacing rim protectors on Earth. So I gave him the nod.
He’s the 3rd scoring option but I see that as more a beneficiary of the action the other 3 are able to do. He gets a lot of open looks because of them. And the advanced stats also favor Gordon’s impact on their success. Particularly on defense where MPJ is not a positive factor.
Dereck Lively is the real dallas third option
Long term I agree with you and he was the first name I thought of. But the Mavs were 21-8 when Gafford started ahead of Lively last year. PJ Washington had the best +/- on the team after he got there.

The fit is weird because they have 3 guys who initiate a ton of their offense from the same space on the floor. It’s not an insurmountable issue, but it is one that will require them to figure out how to maximize them together.
No Demar in Chicago?
He’s not on the bulls
@@Zachery99 my fault bro
Sabonis, Fox, and Demar is an elite Big 3 too. I still don't think the Kings are gonna be a top 4 seed though.
@@MistaWordz what u wanna bet they’re a top 4 seed ?
@@jalynjones9136 Dallas, OKC, Minnesota, Denver. Which of those teams do you think the Kings are better than?
U said we'll lonzo is not playing ja is not playing so why r they at 8
Because the last time we saw Ja/JJJ/Bane they were battling at the top of the Western conference and Ja was an MVP candidate. The ceiling is crazy high. Just have to see it again after all of his issues.
Lonzo hasn’t played basketball in 2 years and any expectations of what he is going to look like IF he ever plays again should be low and just happy to see him on the court.
decent list, im suprised you put aaron over mpj
It’s all about the connection he has with Jokic in the short roll. 99% of the league can’t do anything with them.
Cp3 not a starter. Castle !!!!!
I find that highly unlikely. The only thing coming out of last year that was clear is that Wemby needs to play with a competent PG. That’s why they went and signed CP3 in the first place. Castle might not even be a point guard. He certainly didn’t play it in college. He might end up being AWESOME. But going into next season I can’t imagine he’s their starting point guard.
bucks should be much higher
I’m getting a lot of Bucks feedback and I just don’t see where there is any optimism in their 3rd guy. Middleton is never healthy and just had 2 surgeries within the past month and Lopez will turn 37 during next season.
As a duo Dame/Giannis ranks better than this, but as a trio? I don’t get the outrage.
@@who.won.sportsbro what
@@who.won.sports Did u even watch Middleton these last playoffs, dude is still him and you including a lot of people, underrate him like crazy. U say 3rd option like that but then next u have curry and dray with KUMINGA above GIANNIS, DAME, MIDDLETON..
just say you dont like the bucks dude.
@@werunthisworldThe fact that your basing the entire Khris Middleton point off one series tells you all that you need to know

Are you slow?
Heat wayyy to low
Where would you have them?
Kp isn't the 3rd option for the celtics it's holiday or white
I went back and forth with Holiday. At the end of the day there are only a couple elite 7’3 floor spacing rim protectors on Earth. So I gave him the nod.
holiday for sure
U sound dumb if you actually think porzingis isn’t the 3rd option
@@SISKCERTWaJaVlogs no it’s not holiday he is not a better scorer than porzingis
suns should be higher
They’re good on paper but not in the actual game
@@Zachery99 u sound dumb they’ve had arguably the best offseason and already won 49 games last year
@@Zachery99Beal is getting replaced with a point gaurd. They definitely should be higher. KD and Booker aren’t alone anymore.
SIXERS should have been either at the 1 or 2 Celtics was not the right pick
Nuggets big 3 is Jokic, Murray, & Porter not Gordon
He’s the 3rd scoring option but I see that as more a beneficiary of the action the other 3 are able to do. He gets a lot of open looks because of them. And the advanced stats also favor Gordon’s impact on their success. Particularly on defense where MPJ is not a positive factor.
I’d put OKC over Minnesota
I imagine after next year that will be the case. But going in it’s hard to make that definitive to me.
Celtics over sixers? Embiid over Tatum, Maxey is equal to brown, and pg is better than kristaps
Jaylen brown way better
Jaylen brown just won finals mvp stop the disrespect
I think you said it wrong. It should be Embiid over Kristaps, (imo) Brown over Maxey and Tatum over PG😭
