1.) Breathing 2.) Distance/Footwork 3.)Relaxed technique( Throw being relaxed rather than going hard ) 4.)Fight IQ: Feints 5.)Fight IQ: Volume But I recommend to watch whole video, the explanation is a gem itself!
Great video content! Apologies for butting in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Lammywalness Awesome Nights Guide (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a great one off product for discovering how to improve your libido without the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.
One of the best resources on RUclips, just a matter of time before this channel blows up! Joe, would you be open to doing analyses of your professional fights or current sparring sessions?
Like I said a couple of weeks before.. He's still numero uno. Great advices. Great Infos. Great demonstrations.. Everything a fighter in the ring has to know.. Perfect.
Wish I'd seen these videos before my first fight haha! I was smoking weed and not taking it very seriously and got humbled in a hurry. Your vids made me get back to the gym and back to training like an animal so I can only thank you, Joe! You will always be my fave kickboxer much love from Scotland and Base Muay Thai!
So useful info! Every time I do training and sparring I always complain about my own cardio - no matter how much I go out and run I always feel like my cardio isn't enough. And I think the issue is more fundamental.. I can notice that I have a tendency to always tightening my own muscles and not being relaxed, not breathing when I do combos or relying too much on my strength rather than speed. No wonder I'm always tired half way through the sparring! :) It would be a disaster if I didn't have control of this before my first fight..
Don’t know what he prefers , but I like to step inside as soon as the hook comes in. Depending on your position after stepping in you might have the opportunity to throw some elbows or some clinching / dirty boxing -whatever works :D also if it’s just the hook your worried about and you can read it - straight punches will be you friend since they need to travel less distance compared to hooks. And you may try level changing combined with your shell. In mma this worked a lot of times for me. Hope I could help :)
Bazooka Joe, first off I want to apologize for getting off topic. I'm trying to loose weight. Do you have any advice or videos on diet and nutrition???
Everyone who is trying to learn Kickboxing on their own, watch his BKA [Bazooka Kickboxing Academy] videos. He has TON of videos and good thing is, they are episodewise numbered. So you can keep track as well as know which one is the next. I myself am learning from those videos. Just search BKA Bazooka Kickboxing Academy.
•After every breath (shhh sound) do we quickly breathe in again? •Or do you keep breathing out until you're out of air?? •Please answer. My fight in in 10 days😊
It’s just a quick expel of air and I’m pretty sure your body automatically breathes in straight after so you shouldn’t need to consciously breathe in again, how did your fight go?
It's late but imagine you are breathing heavily by attacking your opponents with combos so your heart rate would be up not breathing would cause more heavy breath and eventually wear you out
@@twinsunpredator7998 what I do that is very helpful is go for a run/jog, every five minutes I will sprint for 3-5 minutes to recreate what it would be like to be in a high paced round/situation. Then slow down and try to control my breathing and heart rate for 5 minutes, and then back to sprinting and repeat.
Awesome and very informative. Thank you. I usually mention your stand up ( basically kickboxing) fight tips to my students during my classes. @kickboxer205
