I'm glad they finally gave my favorite LR garage theme a proper name. And that FromSoft decided that meeting a Pulverizer warranted a unique garage theme in the first place. The entire concept of the Internecine and Pulverizers, especially in the face of a nascent humanity just relatively recently emerging from their shelters and regaining confidence, is really awesome and terrifying. Everybody that knew about these Old World weapons thought of them as another tool to further their own goals. Jack-O is probably the only one that knew that these things are part of what killed the old world. But, at least From hinted at it by abruptly changing the garage theme, your safe place, to let you know that something destructive beyond your comprehension has woken up, and you have crossed swords with it.
@@ethanspaziani1070 I think you can see that in the slimmer frames and more organic movement of the NEXTs. The Pulverizers were doomsday weapons controlled by AI to ravage the world and continue advancing even after their creators might have been killed by MAD. The interesting part is that they have the potential for even more when they are integrated with a skilled pilot willing to forsake their physical body, IE Evangel. It's very strange on it's face that such a weapon had this functionality built in, but then you consider that pilot integration at this level was hinted to be required to operate 4th gen machines effectively. My own theory back in the day was that whoever made the Internecine was expecting total defeat in the Great Destruction of their time, but made a vengeful way for the scattered remnants of their military to eradicate what was left of their enemy even after their civilization was destroyed. Even if nobody of their civilization remained, the Pulverizers would do it on their own eventually and leave an empty world behind; if remnants of their side were left, they could integrate into the Pulverizers and finish the job much more efficiently. Either way, they were entirely weapons of vengeance, and indeed a thing to be feared by a post-apocalyptic world that didn't understand how far their ancestors were willing to go to have the final word in the conflicts of their time.
@@Panzerfaust26 I shall tell you the truth said from ZIN himself the director of armored core Nexus the internecine is the remnants of the original Hustler one think about that for a solid second that is a terrifying prospect....
Thank you
This is the only video of Cocoon that includes the sonar like sound.
