Ahhh, memories of building up an OP and overweight slow mech... I was in high school and I was the asshole who created an OP mech. My younger brother's friends were unable to destroy my mech (it had the Gatling guns combined with napalm that would overheat mechs and manual-aim missiles as well as have the anti-beam shield) thanks to the simultaneous attacks my mech could do. Weeks (or months) later, my brother's friend finally built a balanced high-speed mech that I simply could not hit or pursue. Once I was defeated, nobody played the game anymore xD
@@ExtremeWreck It shouldn't be too difficult to get the general spirit of each one. Mine was heavily reliant upon dual gatling guns and manual-aim missles combined with napalm to overheat foes. An anti-beam shield reduced damage that any beam attacks would incur (though obviously it was insufficient against that mobile beam-weapon mech I mentioned). It never strayed below the weight limit, and the game did its annoying "overweight" warning chime while the mech was in operation, not much different to when I go for a quick sprint up stairs with my cardiovasuclar system aching and my breath huffing to the same proportion that I am obese. His was a super-mobile, high-speed mech with the highest-powered beam weaponry that wasn't overburdening to the frame.

Ahh the music that lets you bounce on your chair, while looking at the star shape graph, trying to switch parts into A or S. Relaxing Downside, making hidious monsters just to reach a S rank stats. @@ethanspaziani5269 Well 4 and For Answer were pretty bad in my opinion. Things were too big and it felt slow/glitchy because of it. I think 5 was a bit better, though the scan mode providing higher energy regen kind of took away from certain mech design aspects involving energy, and I'm pretty sure they removed heat completely. It just felt dumbed down a bit, and I personally think it should go the other direction and be more complex on mech design. There was also a bit too much focus on the multiplayer, without actually making it good.... I loved Silent Line, but the changes to the control scheme brought in Nexus put it at the top of my list. I wanted to like Daemon X Machina,, but there was just so little emphasis on designing the mech, and it felt kind of grindy. But maybe eventually someone else will give it a shot and get it right.
This track has so much bounce and energy to it, it genuinely might be my favorite garage theme in the series overall. Peak.

That’s amazing lmfao
Hey here's a dystopian world ruled by money hungry mega corps but your garage song is this absolute banger. Best menu theme in the whole series
Probably my favorite map song.
This game was amazing; I spent hours trying to optimize the weight on my light biped so that I could dual wield the WYRM sniper rifles
