Look at how distraught this American man is. He thought his beloved country was spreading peace and democracy. I liked Bush's point about having weapons of mass destruction to dominate, intimidate, or attack. The USA keeps nukes, and chemical and biological weapons of mass destruction. And, according to Bush, that sort of arsenal could only be used to dominate, intimidate, and attack.
I am Iraqi person, and I like to share my feelings with anyone believed president Bush about what he said in 2003. I have a Bachelors degree from Iraq, and I had very beautiful life even though it was poor and simple, but at least I was between my family, friends, and relatives. Unfortunately l lost six of my family members and now one knows where they are until now. Unfortunately United States replaced Saddam with the most uneducated, killers, and radicals Islamic belongs Iran and let them to lead us! Is that fair? Millions of Iraqi outside of their country because of the new radical regime, their main goal to kill any educated person in Iraq to keep them self safe to lead the country. After many years studying in Iraq to got my bachelor degree, then work Driver in United States. Does that fair president Bush? 😢

I got to kind of know Iraq as a very small kid when my little friends used to talk about their fathers working in Iraq, especially girls were missing them. All of them told how daddy's are driving caterpillars which was a very interesting thing for us. When growing up we learned they were building civilian infrastructure with people all around the world, some were working on caterpillars although many were specialists in fields of electronics, architecture, water treatment and similar.
Seeing what has US done in Iraq is sad because even socialist governmental press allowed us to know the truth back then. Supposedly "free and super democratic" capitalist parliamentary democracy simply closed the channel and started reporting news from one side only.

Interesting, while I agree with some of his assertions, I am also weary of his motives then and now and what he has truly done in the past. He faced some tough questions because this is no laughing matter, not to mention that he is the perfect candidate that any news network of the world would have done anything to interview during the Bush presidency. He crafted is answers while looking down whether that be a character trait, nerves or well trained startedgy, who knows? Yeah, sure he right, but how much did he do at the time of his realization that it's all wrong? Amy was spot on with one question concerning Zarkawi, and his answer can easily be disputed as false but they let him off because it's still kind of a win to have somebody of the early Bush administration talk of that time and their involvement. Anyway's, very interesting yet troubling at the same time, to have watched this.

We observe two completely different philosophies in action. That of what the public should be allowed to and perhaps wants to hear, and the less obvious of the string-pullers behind the scenes. You cannot bring those two onto a common denominator, for they do not serve the same purposes.
The public is expected to want to hear about things 'they' value, small things, people things, moral things, things they can relate to on a daily basis.
The string-pullers don't share those values and ideas, but feel a very slight obligation to make things sound like they're "in the public interest". They're NOT! They never are. The only level on which string-pullers relate to the public, is the public's money, their taxes.
They want to make sure that this money keeps coming in, so they soothe the public with outrageous lies, scare-tactics etc. The public believes and keeps footing the bills, at the cost of less services to themselves. Talking about martyrs. This will never change, for those who pull the strings don't want the public to discover what really goes on.
Eventually, it will all collapse, something not even the great intellects of high finance can prevent or have a solution for. Doesn't it feel that such is about to happen in the not too distant future?

A CIA agent does not torture anyone himself. He orders a member of the military forces to do it for him. The CIA officer is not culpible, only the military person is culpible. That military member would still be cupible for rufusing the order to use 'enhanced interogation' - he only escapes punishment if the torture does not come to light. This CIA guy should have been asked if anyone tortured Hussein on his orders. I believe Hussein even if this CIA guy did not do it.
