I really need to stop in at Merredin on the way down to Perth at one point and spend a day having a look around. I usually blast through it before the sun comes up on the way back to Kalgoorlie.
The military museum is a great place. I was they some years ago RSL group before the helicopter and plane arrived. Always wonted to do a video on it and the army stuff out that way. Might still get to do that one day. Never seen the train station museum. looks pretty good to.
Great video, a Town I'd like to visit. Hopefully next year my 17yr old who is on the Autism Spectrum can spend the year visiting places in WA, since he graduates yr12 next month 😊. We live in Pinjarra moved away from the Burbs 11yrs ago, he loves farming towns.

A lot to see history wise , sadly last time we were there a lot of empty shops , love the museum
My dad was posted there in the 70s (he was on the railways) I remember it fondly as a vibrant town in those days
It is still looking pretty good today. It is always goodto see our country towns thriving.
