Vaggie potrebbe aver provato un senso di tradimento da parte di Lute che ha mancato di svolgere il suo compito di esorcista (nella sua mentalità di assassina senza ritegno ovviamente), quindi potrebbe starci una modifica visiva nel momento in cui vaggie taglia le ali e il braccio di Lute in cui si vede il suo sguardo ferito, per quanto non abbia esitato un attimo a mutilare la sua partner. O forse la rottura del loro rapporto è avvenuta prima e Lute si è distanziata da Vaggie quando stavano ancora in paradiso perché già maturava il ribrezzo per il loro lavoro di massacrare anche anime peccatrici che non sono completamente malvagie.
