Hey Charlie!!! My name's Paul. I got my real estate license in mass last year. What you are doing is exactly what I wanted to do. You are doing a great job man. I've seen enough of these types of videos to know you have something special. Keep going

@@luxuryboston Yes! The units have a very homey feel. New England Aquarium and so much more is right there.

I pass these buildings all the time and yes the outside doesn't look great but that apartment has some great views.

    Fine tour Chuck!
    Keep it up!
BTW the reason this sick crib is flooded with natural light is because the sun is near the horizon and the windows have no shades lol

Wine next to the fridge is a mistake. Exposes the wine to heat.

I was wondering about this as well - do you think this is still an issue even with a $8K+ brand new SubZero fridge?

The ceiling seems low... the door is also nearly touching the ceiling.

I agree it definitely looks low on video - this is because I am 6 foot 5 inches tall lol.

NEVER!! Not one single fire suppression sprinkler in the entire unit which means the entire building is lacking in safety. I get I’d have to spend more money, but even $2.3M for waterfront in Boston is still no where near enough of a bargain for me with that defect.

I cannot buy from someone that refers to a condominium home as a unit. The word unit cheapens the experience.
