I did this one time when a heavy cart was on the brink of falling off and down the cliff of a cart path, also while suffering from exhaustion, I tired doing this a week later after telling a friend when tried since he was a power lifter, he did it and i couldn't lift it one inch of the ground, adrenaline is one hell of a natural drug
The snow saved his life by dispersing the force over a broader area and making the amount of force in a certain amount of time go down allowing for less pressure being applied to him saving his life
I was in intensive care next to a guy who got smushed by a snowmobile. He fell off mid air like this and it landed on him, severing his spine clean in half. I kept in touch with him, and It took two years but he can finally walk. Truly a miracle.

Not to be that guy but... In life threatening situations to you or loved ones your true strength kicks in helping you safe lives. The only reason we aren't like this all the time is because if we used 100% of our strength all the time we'd tear our muscles apart
The insane part of adrenaline is we realize in extreme situations how truly strong we actually are. Like you try lifting 400+ pounds without prior years of training and it’s extremely difficult, impossible for 99% of the population. Even when I was powerlifting for 3 years plus I and most people are you still do this. It’s a natural reaction the body does when moving something extremely heavy. The average person won’t even come close to being able to do this. Although I do remember one time when I was 8 I was helping my grandpa change the tire on his work van, (like those white painter box vans) and the jack fell over and the van quickly tipped over, my grandpa somehow was able to push the van back up and lift it up for like a minute while he had me grab the spare tire to put under the caliper or whatever you call it where the removed tire gets put. Crazy to me how he was able to do that at 5’8, he was a very strong stocky country man but even that stunned me, genuinely think he was running on adrenaline knowing I could have been killed. He wouldn’t even let the van down until I had moved away and after he just fell on the dirt exhausted. Loved that man more than life itself.
Adrenaline allows you to bypass your muscle's bayural limits temporarily because their isn't any pain signals making it through. If you had to lift a car off someone it would most likely rip your muscles up severely and it would take months or years for them to heal, making them even weaker than before. It's kind of a last resort thing the body does.
Lemme tell you something. Troll faces aren’t a new thing. This shit’s been on the Internet for decades now. But the editors just randomly stole the meme and uses it for a different purpose now

I fully realize no one is going to believe me but my husband passed away Aug 31 at only 30 years old. Wed been toegther for 8 years. We had a 5 year old daughter together. He was my soulmate. Anyway, he was a hobby mechanic, fuxed cars, built quads and snowmobiles etc. One night, he was out in the driveway late at night drinking and was udner a Grand Am. I was up playing video games, which I never did, I worked at 5am. I heard him SCREAM. In 8 years I only ever heard him scream like that one other time. I FLEW outside in October in Massachusetts in the middle of the night barefoot with tank top and shorts on. I LIFTED that car up enough for him to wiggle out. I finally convinced him to go to the ER, he had 2 broken ribs and some bruising. Im not a super buff woman or anything. But Ive never felt the clarity and adrenaline rush I felt in that moment. All I could think of is what if I had been asleep like I normally was at that time. I wish I couldve saved him the night he died but I wasnt there. I know I'll see him again. I wouldve lifted 200 cars that night and every other if it meant he had gotten to live. Thats not how he died but nonetheless. Ill never forget that night.
Hope everything else is fine, if u wanna talk about whatever you seem chill from what I can tell, I like your music tastes and you like anime too xd. If u wanna drop ur tag of insta on my channel I'll hit u up. Stay happy

Dilated Airways: It relaxes the muscles in the airways, allowing for easier breathing and increased oxygen intake.
Increased Blood Sugar Levels: Adrenaline triggers the liver to release glucose into the bloodstream, providing an immediate energy source for muscles.
Redistribution of Blood Flow: Blood is redirected away from non-essential functions (like digestion) toward muscles and the brain, enhancing physical performance and alertness.
Heightened Awareness: Adrenaline boosts mental alertness and focus, sharpening the senses to respond more effectively to the situation at hand.
3. Role in the Fight or Flight Response
The fight or flight response is a physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat to survival. Adrenaline prepares the body to either confront the danger (fight) or flee from it (flight). This response involves multiple systems in the body working together:

While adrenaline is crucial for immediate responses to stress, chronic elevation of adrenaline levels can lead to health issues, such as anxiety, hypertension, and heart problems.
In medicine, adrenaline is used in several treatments:
Anaphylaxis: It is administered in emergencies for severe allergic reactions to counteract symptoms.

So cool.😊
Thanks for the story, hope he's as proud of you as you are of him! Bless you
Adrenaline allows you to bypass your muscle's bayural limits temporarily because their isn't any pain signals making it through.
If you had to lift a car off someone it would most likely rip your muscles up severely and it would take months or years for them to heal, making them even weaker than before.
It's kind of a last resort thing the body does.
The weight in his hands is nowhere close to 400lbs. It's facing downhill so gravity is helping, and the rear is the lightest end.
Lifting the back of a sled isnt that crazy, you do that all the time in tight spots
Gotta hate the person who actually sat at home making these troll faces
Legit, these edits are all the damn same.

The sheer amount of strength you get from adrenaline for that few seconds is superhuman levels of strength
Because when we utilize 100% it damages our muscles, rips and tears very common from adrenaline aftermath

Sorry for your loss ma'am

😂 Yeah you wouldn't lift a car. Theoretically yeah (You can also by pure science teleport if you have the luck for that, forgot exactly the name but it is in quantum category), but even both the people in this video would be way far off even if utilizing all muscle fibers avalible
@@arnavthegamer9030 And that's why we need our muscles to be controlled by our brains
