This is an excellent format! WIth eXtreme Gammon showing on the side. Thank you Mochy! What I do is I stop the video immediately after every dice throw. Then I figure out what my play would have been before I start the video rolling again to see what the player did and what eXtreme Gammon has to say about it. Very useful for improving one's game!
Mochy, above all, your patients is what impresses me the most. You get knocked back often at the start of a game, elevating your pip but not elevating your blood pressure. Stone cold. Thank you!

This was a very entertaining match thank you for posting. I think he made some critical errors to avoid gammon in the final two games. Also the loose hit on the 1 point in the last game right before Mochy rolled double 5 was an amazing move. Hope to see more from this tournament because it seems like Mochy played nearly perfect.
1 hour and 30 mins i'l thinkin what BG needs in new rules to stop dispersion (luck)... but from this point 1:30:03 to the end, sry me Simon but u was outplayed... close to the end luck(joker) and lost equity of both players summary was kinda equal and more often Simons mistakes cost him a points. this match is example of how low pr professionals can thinkin like a robots 2 hours straight and this pay off. good match!
@@bgmochy I agree! That is precisely why I find it interesting. We are constantly refining our knowledge, but that process is not a straight line. I would not make some of the errors that you make, just as a beginner does not make some of the errors that I make.
It's so frustrating when the board is out of focus and you can't read the dice....it takes all the enjoyment and learning potential out of the equation.
Simon, your mask has unusual character. The hardest thing is to not touch your face with your hands. You don't know how often you do it until your conscious of trying not to do it. One of the hardest things I had to train myself not to do during the pandemic.
The layout, hinges, locks and handle look exactly like an Aries Professional Leather backgammon board. I can't find this particular colour combination anywhere though. And the checkers might be non-standard.
I don't see anything special in their game...Once you learn how to play the dice...the rest is just luck for the winner...i don't see any skills either...maybe if beaver feature would be involved...

Incredible PR Mochy!
Thank you Dave for watching. PR has luck as well :)

What were his errors? A 4.5 performance certainly ain't bad!
Thanks ,it was interesting match
Thank you for watching Bird .
I am confused by the opening moves when yellow rolls double 3s why he doesn't blot both the brown checkers on the 4 and the 1 point?
I think he wanted to make a 4p and prime (block) me.
what is that computer generated thing at the top left of the screen? Is it for betting? Does it show what's the best move or most common move?

Thank you for watching...It was a tough match until the last two games.
Two bad cube takes cost Simon 8pts!
Thank you for watching Vin, but I only see one bad cube that cost him 4pt.
I find it interesting that most of Mochy's errors were just a result of him being too creative.
Hehehe but if I wasn’t creative I wasn’t getting better :)

1:16 duplo 6 duas vezes seguidas? Mochy pode ter virado o jogo a partir desse momento.
I think Simon was a great on start, but may be so emotional jettin with race with cube playing...Calm is base of win
Hello Mochy, what kind of camera do you use?
Tnx in advance
Im using Go Pro
nice board!
Its moshy granpa own(i suppose))) look very old and primitive
Excuse my ignorance of betting in BG, but does the $1500 buy-in mean you won $1500? Or did you win $1500/pt? And thanks for posting!
16 players pay 1500usd and winners (1-4th place) share the prize money
@@bgmochy Ah ok, thanks! And best of luck. :)

SOrry to hear that. when does it happen?
All the time
Looked clear during this video. Thanks.
I know this is an old stream but looks clear to me. One thing to check is to go to settings and make sure you have 1080 (HD) selected
For me this was one of the few times I could read the dice. Great board colour.
Bad luck and stupid takes are a dangerous combination.
8-4 le mec ne se démonte pas et gagne la partie...bravo
Mochy 👍👏
Thanks Ailesi

lol🤣 (it literally doesn't matter at all--and neither does your mask!)
Not sure what happend to his mask.. maybe he washed? I dont think he touch the face so often.
what are these backgammons called? firm?
It looks like leather surfaces.

It is called Aries board, but I think they stop making them. I am not sure.
Why do they play to 12 when the middle paper says 13
We played 13. Last game was 2 cube gammon so 2 x 2 = 4points I won. There fore I won the match by 14- 8 to 13point
@@bgmochy Ohh, gotcha. That makes way more sense. None were borne off. Thank you!
I think Mr. B threw that last game away. He got greedy. Happens a lot.
Playing backgammon is much harder than it seems. Nobody is perfect. He plays very well overall, in my opinion.
nice match!
Glad you think so!
Doubling cube sized DICE...... please.
Mochy too good
