The message behind this is that Rin and Len realize that they are only apart of a video game, which is powered by a tv remote (hence the tv remotes they are holding). They only connecting them to the outside world is you playing the game they are in. Which is why they won't let you leave when you try to because they want you to "sit down" in the chair and continue to play. This is why they seem jealous because the want to be "human".

Basically the two people live in some sort of game where you have to sing and dance, you were just about to get off the game. However, they entice you to stay and keep playing in the same way someone who procrastinates a lot would think, with words like "oh you almost made it inside that time, try again maybe you'll get it this time." Basically this song embodies the tie between videogames and procrastination and I love it! :D

From what I remember about this song, it's about how addictive games and TV truly is. Lyrics like "sit down down please" and "the world is fine outside, so let me be" is supposed to signify how this person would rather stay inside and play video games or watch TV all day than go outside. Throughout the entire song, Rin and Len are telling the listener that there's easy entertainment right in your hands, so what else would you need? All of the background vocals ("L R B B"...yk what I mean-) are, of course, the person continuously playing their game and it's like a subtle reminder to us of all of the times we've told ourselves "just one more level" or "just one more video" as they continue to fall down the rabbit hole of this mindless entertainment. I mean, I can't say I'm much better, but I think the meaning of this can be relateable to most of us here...and most of society as a whole

If you recall or know about taro cards the taro card number two is The Highest Priestess. Do you think this has any meaning to her character or her personality? No, Taro cards have nothing to do with Len and Rin; It's just the way they were designed. Someone who's hair clips do reference Taro cards is Juuzou Suzuya from Tokyo Ghoul, though. This is apparent by when (Spoilers) Yukinori Shinohara dies, as Juuzou's hair clips magically change.
