I was listening to Jamiroquai's songs and then Seven Days in Sunny June started playing soon enough the fight started, and I kid you not. The gameplay was in *perfect* sync with the music I was listening to. And it's not "ah it's perfect, but actually is offbeat by a quarter of a second". NO. It was literally perfect synchronized to the bashes and slams. Specially the last strike of a combo. It started when the voice started a drop in the song when the first "strike now circle" was hit. It's beautiful.
Underrated my ass!!! It being on game pass gave it unparalleled popularity. A lot of videos on it have millions of views. Everything nowadays must be underrated I guess.
Invaders Must Die... daaamn thats a blast from the past. Last time i heard that song in anything game related was in a trailer for... duke nukem forever. Blech.
"Chai" means "tea", bro! You're saying "tea tea!" Would I ask you for a coffee-coffee with a whiff of cream-cream?" - Pavitr Prabhakar Spiderman across the spider verse
Considering Chai's arc going down, if it wasn't for the blimp he would have crashed on the ground. I mean, I get it was forced so the plan didn't go perfectly and we would have the level, but still.
You can see everyone's face when they realized the blimp would change everything as it slowly drifts into Chai's path XD
Same 😂
I just notice hes doing the iconic big foot picture pose
oh he is!!
I lost it when I saw that
Omg YEEHS I think I was the only one noticed
I like how seamless the cutscene and gameplay animation change

I'm pretty sure even if the player input is early or late, the command is buffered so that it comes out perfectly on beat.
Such a good fuckin game, it's a shame its so underrated. In case you didn't see it anywhere else it's called Hi-Fi Rush. A rhythm beat em up.
I really wished it was on other consoles
@@trentcurtis9353yeah that would be awesome. I would wait for long time.

Huh, who wuld've thought robots could eat normal human food.
Also damn, that guitar.
on the museum level, the robots say they eat the food to compost it apparently
@@fiestafox6280isn't that technically what humans do too?
@@leyrua They specifically eat leftovers from the human employees from what I remember.
@@Xaxp Wait, then why do they need a cook? Or is he there to cook for the human employees, and then the robots come in and eat the leftovers?
@@leyrua I mean food goes bad too from just being uncooked for so long. Tho I think he could also cook for the human employees.
neurons activated as soon as i heard the intro to the song. such a good choice
It's like Devil May Cry in a rock concert and on a sugar high!
Charles would agree one thing.
This is the greatest plan.
Cause he’s the BOLD ACTION MAN!!!
God I loved this game.
didnt expect to see a prodigy song in this game, let alone my favorite one
I kinda did actually
It actually fits
Invaders Must Die... daaamn thats a blast from the past.

For me it's the Scott Pilgrim movie trailer.
I used to listen to this song all the time, so glad they put it in the game
Ballroom Blitz would also work for the cafeteria fight and be hilarious when the whole gang is fighting.
This game looks like No Straight Roads done right
and less racist too

4:00 Chai got Raiden'd.
5:24 la mejor parte
He's called Chai? Like the tea? Chai tea?
Most of the characters are named after food stuffs, I don't know why. Peppermint, CNMN (Cinnamon), Macaron, Roquefort, Kale, and Mimosa.

the best part of the game right here.
heh greatest plan sounds like Charles Calvin's greatest plan lol
All that's missing is a chopper
Chai is no doom guy
I clicked on this video and was not disappointed
Oh gosh they actually did the cannon bit.
C-C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER came to mind on the cook
holy hell it hits hard
9:00 I love the extra synths they added to the song as well when Korsica’s building up the wind 🔥
the cats so cute
That break in the music after 2:40 (2:43 to be exact, but watch from 2:40) is so perfect it feels scripted...
4:12 that's too much samurai for me

808
I wish this was on the switch
…Is 808 doing Hollow Purple in the thumbnail.
Why a Scott Pilgrim game when we got this?
Is this part from a dlc?
Base game, part of the story.
Scott pilgrim?
0:44: Anyone else thinking that's what the strategists of Al Qaeda were thinking when the first plane hit the south tower during 9/11?
This game still doesn't look like next gen to me
But that doesn't mean it sucks
We can mash the buttons but you just don't got the rhythm. But then again you humans have a very uh how do I put it you don't listen to Jack.
