Hello Priscilla. I am currently doing MSN with oncology and Palliative care nursing as my specialty. How is MSN valuable in USA, and how do one transition from the RN job levels once one gets to the USA through an agency. I have 4 years experience as a general nurse. Currently, I am working on my thesis.

Please answer this question for me. I heard that when you go through the process without an agency and you succeed in entering with passed nclex, the state will/can pay all your expenses for you. Please is that true and how true it is?
