Is Egg Burji any different from a recipe in my Indian cookbook called Ekoori? Just curious. It might be from another Indian language. Any thoughts?

Thanks Chef! I am impressed with your presentation skills...keep up the good work..
Sir, one thing I want to tell you I watch your video with a smile. You make things with such an excitement, that really shows... Trust me I am in Doha, Qatar and food was big problem.. My friends used to cook and I used to go their flat have food and one day I asked them to make Egg curry because I really felt like having and they said Dude you make it. I was like What me ??? I thought to give it a try and I typed " how to make egg curry ? " I ended watching your video and I got the feeling that cooking is not all that tough. Then I made egg curry and felt happy and decided to buy utensils and ingredients and start cooking. So three things I have cooked are Upma, Pongal and Egg curry ofcourse as I said. If inspiring others to cook is your intention then consider you have done it... if lazy bug who is a big foodie never cooked started cooking then I believe there would have been hundreds who would have learnt to cook after your videos. I feel talking to you :)
+Sethu Sai Absolutely cooking is not too difficult. Once you get to know the basic you can do anything. Keep cooking and keep inspiring other too. Thanks.
