Depende sa riding mode sir, 14L tank capacity. 21.6km/l if waswasan sir tapos 22.5km/l if chill ride, wala mo msyadong pinagkaiba. Mga nasa 300-320km full tank nito sir.

Thank you for asking this question sir as I do have a few remarks on this matter.
My answer will be based on brand new price of the motorcycle and other motorcycles mentioned.
First of all, I strongly believe that the MT-03 is the least desirable among its competitors (Ex. Z400, NK450, Duke 390, etc.) as in my opinion, you do not really get your money's worth due to the lack of features despite the price increase.
Power wise it is of course way better in my opinion since I came from a 110cc motorcycle. However, if you are an adrenaline junkie like me, you will find yourself outgrowing the bike faster than you anticipated. I do not believe that it lives up to its name which is "Master of Torque" considering that it is the exact engine on the R3. Like the R3, its power band is way up high in the 8,000 rpm range. Because of this, I also find myself spending a lot of money on gas as it seems to have a less fuel economy compared to its competitors.
I can only recommend the MT-03 at this time if it would be a second hand with low mileage. I was lucky enough to get mine under 200k with only 7,000 km on the odometer not to mention the accessories that came with it. The bike is basically not worth it buying brand new.

I have ridden my MT-03 for around 11,000 km already, I am a very meticulous person so this could be a personal preference. Personally, I hate how the turning radius is not as wide as I wish it would have been. I also have an MT-15 which has way more turning radius. 21-22kmpl for its fuel economy which is in my opinion is I think too much for what the bike is capable of. Plus the lack of features compared to its competitors. Besides that, its a fun daily bike.

Despite being a high revving motorcycle, I think the vibration is not bad, I can only say this because I don't think I've ever complained about it before.
