Solar Man is most likely stationed in central South America, around the Amazonas state in Brazil. His stage is said to be an artificial sun floating atop a city. The city could very much be Manaus or Greater Manaus, as both cities tend to have a very hot climate.
@@VIDE_005 Yes, but it sounds exactly like something that could have been played in a NES game from the early 90s. Heck, "Summer Carnival '92: Recca" has just as complex sound as this - just check out tracks like "Crisis", "Hyde" and "Deepspace" in that game, for example - and that game was released in 1992.

"Ah, Mega Man. At last we meet. But now you must deal with me, and all the powers of the sun!"

Old video game
This was wiiware
This piece sounds very metal to me. Certainly one of the best tracks in the game. Strike Man's theme alone makes me hate playing his stage.
