Question: How come H3gshot doesn’t love your comment? It’s right to the point and leaves nothing to chance. Maybe he thinks he is one of those “ RUclips influencers”. ??
So I went to see the movie which takes place in the 60’s and we all know those were different times in America. The motorcycle club in the movie is so over the top Hollywood stereotype biker types, that doesn’t exist in 2024. It was like watching that old movie “ The Wild ones” with a better story line. Hegshot is really reaching to question if this movie is going to negatively affect the riding community, come on brother, did you even watch the movie?
I AGREE 100%. I'm a 79 year old Harley rider who bought my first of 23 motorcycles when I was just out of high school (1962) Real motorcycles had kick starters back then. A Harley Sportster and a can of starting ether went hand in hand. Never had to join a "biker" group to enjoy a days ride. Group rides are not all that safe anyway. Never can know what that one squirrel is going to do. There is not one (stock) motorcycle out there that I couldn't throw a leg over and have a ball on. I haven't lived this long on two wheels by being stupid. And, I've lived and ridden in Phoenix all my life.
It’s a movie about the Outlaws. They are a gang known for all kinds of crime. Ya, those are negative things. It was still a great movie and I really don’t care what people think about bikers.
Even better, it's a movie about how they started, how they transitioned from a bunch of people interested in riding and racing and talking about bikes, to one where the crime started paying.
Having seen the "Biker" movies from the 60's and the impact they had on a general society the Bikerider movie was rather tame. It did highlight a lifestyle that many men and women were drawn to during the 1960's and 1970's.
Exactly. I'd go so far as to say it was highlighting the attraction of the American working class towards motorcycle culture, and the problems that continued to harass them and get worse as a social stratum of society
I’ve been riding motorcycles since 1971. One thing I can say is they certainly have gone up in price. I ride a Road King and also own a sportster 1200. Second owner of both. Back in high school. The Harley was the bike I wanted, but couldn’t afford. I saw the movie last night. I mainly went t to see the older bikes. Which ,they should have showed more. Riding Harley’s you tend to meet a lot of different people. I have had people say that the bike looks cool. Then you have those that say they’re dangerous, usually old woman at the gym and I reply back , so is being married, but I am still here. I did expect more out of the movie. I like where they burnt down the bar and where. The one guy said he was there to collect ,colors that were not turned in. Over all kind of thought I was watching a documentary.
What I'm finding interesting is that it seems that the guys that were there at the time really appreciate the movie and it's the guys that came along later that don't. That seems to tell me something, like maybe they got it right.
Having dealt with the guys that came around later my entire life, i can categorically say ill side with the old timers. Ive met and dealt with too many "prospects" that follow a club and actively look and in some circumstances instigate "disrespect" bc theyre looking for a reason to fight so they can prove themselves to guys who arent looking for comraderie, theyre looking for attack dog underlings so they can claim status and stop getting their hands dirty.
Fun movie. Lots of RUclipsrs getting hits off of commenting on it. With the exception of one or two, it's really just the typical noise of social networking platforms. Been riding for 44 years and don't care much for what people think about it. But here I am, giving a RUclipsr another hit for their stats. Another person explaining things that require no explanation. As the old saying goes, if it has to be explained, you can't understand it. There are motorcyclists and there are bikers. I don't know what the "motorcycle community" is.
I agree w u Hegshot that these bike tv shows & movies HELP the popularity of riding. What HURTS the bike community is when I see idiots out in public doing stupid things like riding in between lanes & swerving in n out of traffic cutting cars off in the process. THAT’S what gives bikers a bad image, NOT a TV show or movie.
Hegshot loves your comment, but that is equivalent to saying that car owners that drive recklessly give other car owners a bad name. Bad drivers come in many forms 2 wheels, 4 wheel, sometimes 18 wheels.
I remember as a Patcher pulling over as 2 lil old ladies car had blown head gasket....asked if i was a good or bad biker....gave her a ride to nearest gas station to get a tow.....verdict...Good biker😊😊😊😊😊
@lonewolf5896 ok so I'm a patch holder and I've literally never heard that, granted I'm in Australia but even when I talk to the international clubs I've never heard it. Where u from?
What I don’t understand more than anything is why so many riders emanate the outlaw or 1% clubs by wearing the same costumes minus the patches. Trying to copy the “club style” bikes and dress in a way that sends the wrong message. I ride because I love to ride not because I want to feel like I am something I am not. Movies may persuade the general public to have a certain opinion about “bikers” but it has more to do with how we act and what we are trying to portray than anything else.
My uncle was in an out of state chapter of this club (Outlaws) in the early 70s. The reality is a lot of those guys rode triumphs. It wasn’t a Harley only club. He left the club to marry my aunt. He was tied to a tree and beaten for this. The reality is it wasn’t all glamorous. The real Benny character was the smartest man in the show. Lot of people joined these clubs and it completely spun out of control from the core reason of riding motorcycles.
It was a great movie that started with passion for enjoying motorcycles, with friends. It grew into strangers who didn't uphold the same values. I don't bike bang, nor do they run anything in the County, State, or Feds.
You nailed it! I'm sometimes asked about my long hair. Since the 70s my answer has always been "The people that matter, don't mind. The people that mind, don't matter". If you dislike me because of my hair or my motorcycle, I don't want to know you anyhow.
@DeanAWhite-gr8eo if you're nice to me, I'm nice to you! Don't care about anything else. Never understood why it is so hard to just be nice? All I want is to ride smile and laugh through life. I wish everyone could come with me? But some people are happy to be miserable. I'm not one of them. If you're ever in Philly you can ride with me bud.
I haven't seen this movie yet as the release in the UK was delayed until this week, but a general thought on 'biker movies'... It is a genre I love, but it centres almost solely around outlaw culture (or occasionally sport / speed record kind of thing). When I said this on another video, I was once challenged to say what I thought should be made instead...and it's difficult. When Rob Cohen was approached to make The Fast and The Furious, he was shown a car culture article. He said "very cool, but where's the film?". And it's the same challenge for bikes...they are cool but that doesn't make a movie. Right now the road trip movie genre is out of fashion, but there is a possibility for a non-outlaw biker movie in there somewhere (a non-comedy Wild Hogs); or perhaps a drama about the customisation world? I can imagine these being a hard pitch to a studio though
Brother man been watching your channel for a while/subscribed. Fully agree with what you’re saying. Been riding Harley’s/multiple bikes for 40+ years. I’m still tripping out, how you are preaching safety to us all, but all you are wearing is a full face helmet, and riding around in T-shirts and gloves, and jeans… but as They say the road rash/broken bones is your business, and not ours. Peace out. Be safe out there, and wear The Gear all the time.😎😎
......And then there is the cager that moves into the left lane in front of you because there's a Semi in the right lane at the Stop-light...... the light turns green, traffic starts to move ..... the cager slowly moves into the slow-lane ahead of the Semi, ..... and then as you go into " passing-the-cager-mode"..... The bone-head driving the Cage wants to speed up so that you need excessive speed to pass it,.... Ughhhh ....Why is that ?? Some disgruntled A-Hole that had a bad day..... or maybe some squid that has an FZ1 in the shop and thinks his shop van can out run a Cruiser.....?????. Anyway, I Digress..... Y'all Stay Safe
There is no one answer. Anybody riding your tail might make you feel like they are pushing you to speed up. Other people might want to stop you from getting ahead of them. Some people didn't even notice and are acting based on something else that they see. It isn't just you on the road. It's everybody ahead of and behind all of the drivers and they are all watching and reacting to everyone else. You usually aren't a consideration. In my car, I give bikes room, but I assume they will drive as if I don't see them and will either try to squeeze by (hence the room) or assume I'm going to fly across lanes without signalling. I have no idea what they will do, so all I can do is give them space to do whatever they want. The bike still hAs to assume I'm trying to kill them.
@@timmebruer5205 come on now, no one is criticizing your bike, are they? We all different tastes and if you like tassels and tons of chrome, no one is going to hold it against you. Personally I have 90% black and 10% chrome, it’s a nice contrast. Sorry no tassels though.
The problem with all these Club life movies / soap operas is they are not anything like real life and then impressionable 25 year olds think they're supposed to act that way
Dude, you are 100% right. Fully agree with you. I’ve been riding Harleys for 40 years and it seems that these young kids want to be just like what being portrayed on TV. Anything that comes out of Hollywood is nothing but bullshit, and not real life.
@@randylucas2458wait, so you mean I'm supposed to think that one of America's most celebrated photo-journalists spent several years across the sixties and seventies documenting the motorcycle club that he was a part of because he knew that almost six decades later it would be used by Hollywood to portray a particular stereotype? Man, that's some fucked up forward thinking that is.
Agreed. Some Harley riders are nice folks. Many have real attitudes, as shown in the comments. Further, Harley seems to be pricing themselves out of a market. Younger riders can get quality bikes much cheaper elsewhere, and the elitist attitude only helps distance them from young riders. Older riders already have bikes. That said - I wouldn't be buying stock in Harley
Still riding my Harleys daily since the sixties, and in the mid-seventies decided to brush-paint my Flathead with matte-black roof paint, here in Cape Town, South Africa and ever since have had similarly painted bikes amongst many 'regular' paint job, and in this time I have had twenty-three Harleys plus a few generics. Some years later I saw that the riders in Moscow in the eighties rode matte-blacked Urals at night to help them escape from the police... Do the retoric regarding blacked-out bikes is much deeper than most realize
I've been riding bikes for a looonnngg time and I ride like a hooligan, I split lanes at speed, I ride hard fast and harsh all because I'm enjoying myself and I don't care about myself let alone anyone else.....here for a good time not a long time
The shows and movies plant the seed to swing a leg over. It's like a gateway drug. Easy Rider and T-2 were mine. Even though I'm not a cyborg 😁or a criminal it sure does feel damn nice to hop on a bike and get a little slice of the cool factor that the movies showed. Got my first bike at 19, a V-Star 650, and 28 years later I'm still as in love with riding as much as I've ever been thanks in part to those movies.
I gotcha, I got my kewl factor on 1968 Yamaha 100 twin as my first bike. My latest bike is soooo kewl I can hardly bear it, a RE 350 Hunter. I ride for transportation, and feeling the wind, not to show off. Honda almost put HD out of business with a CB 350, they were everywhere when I was growing up. I predict mid range bikes will put HD in the grave.
@@walkingwolf8072 Yeah the big four Japanese are chewing up HD. The HD dealership near me sells Royal Enfield and they sell a ton of them. I'm currently riding a Honda Fury and a Kawasaki Z900RS Cafe. Any bike is cool to me though. They're all works of art on two wheels.
Hail to all the people in the comment section watching a video about the "Real" negative impact motorcycle movies have on the community and responding with "don't care"... you truly are the rogues and scoundrels of your time...
Club bikes and grassroots chopper builders have led Harley design for decades. Willie G didn't think of anything. The Softail design was bought by Harley, from a grassroots builder, for example.
I remember you could by a softail frame from easyrider magazine. A year later Harley bought the patent from the dude who designed and developed the frame. Thus the Harley softail was born.

Not a bike rider yet, after watching the bike riders, I spent $1400 on a motorcycle service for my dad’s 2007 Honda Vt750 Shadow( that he planned on giving me)We watched it together and I was beyond fascinated about bike riding and thought it looked amazing. I don’t think there’s any negative impact that it could have on bike riding except being in a gang tbh.
I personally don't like the blackout look. Looks cheap. The EPA has done more to hurt chrome accessories. Europe has banned chrome parts completely. I just find it funny that people will pay more for black parts when it's cheaper to manufacture. So who makes the biker community look bad? The answer is easy. Influencers
Bro you seriously need to leave the Internet and go travelling. Europe has banned chrome parts? Let me reassure you, there's been no legislation on chrome.
Haha as a guy that grew up in a family of motorcycle riders even in the bmx community we started riding the blacked out stuff before sons of anarchy ever came out
It never affected my taste. I’ve always liked the classic HD look. Always will. That’s why I ride a Heritage Softail Classic. Teal and white. I like the chrome and classic traditional look 👍. And I’m not like every other bike on the road. It’s actually quite rare to see a classic style harley on the road these days. If the classic old school look comes back into style then glad I bought mine before. Right now they are fairly cheap on private market bec they aren’t all that popular anymore. I grabbed my 2016 heritage with only 9k miles on it for 11k. It’s paid for 👍
Sons Of Anarchy Is A Classic, Think Hamlet On Motorcycles. The Bikeriders Is More Realistic, Rebels Who Love To Get In A Fight, Than 2 Seconds Later Get A Beer. Of Course As The Years Went On Became Something Else. Sons Of Anarchy, 10/10. The Bikeriders, 10/10.
I mean, hopefully people can use common sense and realize its make believe .. and not real life.. and also, take the era in which is depicted .. and yeah, back then, those boys got rowdy. But again, its make believe .. and if someone can’t differentiate between pretend and real life… then you probably can’t help them.
This is the same attitude as I do the toy run to change the public's opinion never cared what the public thought about me! Did the toy run to help kids ride my bike cause it feels good. Who cares how Hollywood portrays us!!
I know that Victory started blacking out bikes in 2006 starting with Vegas 8-Ball 2 years before SOA was released. Mercedes-Benz also introduced the "black editions" in 2006 and then other car manufacturers started following suit. Harley-Davidson launched it's "Dark Custom" series in 2008. It was the current trend at the time and SOA just went with it. So IMO, SOA did not really impact that trend all as it was already happening.
Even before that. Harley made one called the night train. Friend of mine bought one when they came out. But I don’t remember the year but it was way way before SOA
You have to love how many of the people you n youtube take non issues that happen to riders like you and I on a daily basis and blow them out of proportion for clicks.
I deadass thot the sons of anarchy crap was wholesale tv drama and didn't exist at all at least anymore. Until I met someone that was in one and saw others with vests.
In real life MC gang members are committing violence in cities. It's no fantasy, Fayetteville has shootings between MC all the time. OTH I also could care less, that's why I don't need to have a Harley, or Indian to show off.
What people think? That’s on them. It doesn’t mean much to me. I can’t fix other peoples’ stupid and I can’t take control of how other people choose to think. I’m me, I am a biker. And other than that I am a Christian, a Catholic, I’m a Veteran and a Dad, a Grampa, a Husband… …but, I am a biker and that’s likely all anybody will see if they don’t know me… what they choose to see is on them. I don’t care.
Since when do bikers care what the community thinks about us? On the flip side how much do us bikers think about the community at large? We just do our own thing, in our own community.
Whether someone is wearing a club patch, a regular riding vest or one of those lovely power ranger costumes,we all ride. Show mutual respect to one another and to the public around us and that image will go away. Don't act like the media and blame the video game for the mass shootings. We have caused our own problems, not TV.
Any company that supports crime should bear the responsibility for that support. Does not matter though, teen age and young adults are not buying Harleys. When us boomers die off Harley will go bankrupt, and they deserve it. OTH RE is the number one selling motorcycle world wide, the Honda Cub is the number one selling motorcycle world wide in history. The motorcycle manufacturers that will survive will have a broad range of motorcycles. I am seeing more, and more videos from owners of small to medium motorcycles, and scooters.
The Wild One was great for Triumph back in the day. But if you really want to go under the biker radar get a Moto Guzzi I'm on my 4th guzzi and everyday someone asks who makes that ?
@billfowler2867 24 years of various guzzis and I have been asked when will I get a real motorcycle? I ask in return how old and how many miles on theirs it's usually 5 years old +- and about 5k miles then as in one case I had a 07 California vintage with 115k on it
@d.arm4873 I ride my 1100 Griso as a daily commuter and fun bike. There's only 2 new motorcycles that I would be interested in if I wanted to replace it and those are the Guzzi Mandello 100 or a Triumph Rocket 3r
The only thing I’m concerned about is it fucking up the price/market for parts for my old bike with a bunch of kids who never learned how to spin wrenches start trying to ride these old bikes and finding out Harley won’t even touch them

Ive seen an advertisement with a 40-50 year old desk jockey eearing a Schott "Bikerider's " jacket like Fonzie. Pants kegs rolled up. Makes my brain puke.
I loved Wild Hogs!! I got an hourish in to bikeriders and walked out. Great bikes. Good so far but i felt loke riding my bike instead. I got. Thrashed roadking and I want to male it my own. Not like the others. No cookie cutter like the rest. Think I lnow what I got to do.

I would like to say something about the dealerships and their attitudes of Harley-Davidson in my local area I don't want to mention it because I don't want to catch hell from anyone but with sales down this could be a fraction of some of the problems I haven't said what it is other than their attitudes so I will mention it but first I would like to say I can understand why they may not want to order parts for older bikes or not keeping stock older parts because of room but when you are wanting to order parts for a Harley-Davidsons they say that is obsolete and blow you off like you're not worth even talking to you and the negativity they give is really outstanding and I did leave without buying any accessories or shirts or any other thing they had to sell
I really don't care if the "community" is seen in a negative light. If you're not cooking my dinner or signing my paycheck I don't give a heck what you think. And that goes for the yuppie Harley guys too. Get your high dollar ride and get bent
@@DeanAWhite-gr8eoI personally love the look of the Sportster. I feel they look better than my Lowrider ST, but you don’t see 1%s riding them because they can’t keep up with the formation of larger bikes .
I grew up around bikers and have been riding for 36 years. I've known some of the real "bad guys" and since the fun but stupid Sons of Anarchy came out always have a laugh at the posers out mean muggin with patches I've never heard of. Unless you run drugs, hos or guns just go ride with your friends and try to act like you enjoy it with a smile.
Well, HD's were over represented in the Bikeriders film. Compare what was in the actual photos,BMW, Truimhs, BSA ansd others I didn't spot (until I get the DVD)..and how hard could it have been to put Benny on a strippr ridgid frame with white walls to re create the bridge scene GREAT FLICK
I feel some movies don't help the image of Harley riders but a movie like Wild Hogs can show that hey, that's just some guys out riding and having fun. Even in that movie the club riders didn't like those guys. I've been riding motorcycles for 60 yrs. and I don't like it when I see riders doing stupid crap.
When brothers get together, at a bar or event, it can intimidate ordinary citizens, who wear ankle socks and slip-ons. Motorcyclists tend to follow the least amount of laws to stay out of prison, and are typically none compliant. That lends a mystique to the riding culture, and that apprehension keeps those individuals from tailgating you, or cutting you off. They assume since you ride a Harley, you must be a dangerous person, and act accordingly. I use that to my advantage, whenever I can, if they fear a Harley rider, that’s on them. Personally, I ride my ride, and keep to myself.
Yes because a bunch of black on black bikes from Sons of anarchy vs damn near every character on Mayans have distinct bike type, paint jobs, rims, and style is clearly better.
All my bikes have been black. If they weren't when I goth them, they soon ended up that color. I just like that color on any motorized machine. On the flip side, I don't care for black clothing in general, and I'm not into skulls, eagles, Live to Ride, or any of that other garbage on my clothing. I don't wear 'cuts' or vests. I dress like a bum for comfort when I ride. It's not a 'badass' fashion show. I'm not looking to emulate the 4 million other bikers who look like clones of each other.
I have never had a problem with patch holders, but the prospects on the other hand is a different story. I think a lot of clubs are trying to reverse the damage from SOA which was a tv show about terrorism, supported by HD. If HD could get Hamas to buy bikes we would be watching a show about Hamas riding motorcycles provided by HD.
I would disagree. What I see having more of a negative impact are squids splitting lanes illegally and dangerously, stunting in traffic, and hordes of kids taking over intersections on small displacement bikes. As for HD riders, South Park had a bigger impact. You know the episode.....
"The image that is portrayed" he says with a rack full of rifles, Harley posters, 2nd amendment poster, American flag and various other bits and bobs... no... no... no amount of media could color the image people have of motorcyclists and specifically American motorcyclists quite like the set you are sitting in...
The only ones this will confuse is the woke group who can’t separate real life from fantasy. It’s a movie besides the fact back in the day this shit was going down.
Who gives a shit about public perception. If my image and motorcycle offend people that is on them not me. There are good and bad in every group. Bikeriders was a great movie.
I never saw one complete episode of the Sons of Aunt Archie! As a former 1%er, it’s bullshit! If you wanna change the image of motorcyclists, go join the AMA or ABATE. But if it weren’t for MEN like these, most of you wouldn’t even be riding today! 🤬

@lonewolf5896 ok so I'm a patch holder and I've literally never heard that, granted I'm in Australia but even when I talk to the international clubs I've never heard it. Where u from?
@@lonewolf5896You've probably never even stepped foot in a %1 OMC...
I've been riding for decades and never gave a crap what citizens thought about me and my lifestyle!
then why watch this video?
What I don’t understand more than anything is why so many riders emanate the outlaw or 1% clubs by wearing the same costumes minus the patches. Trying to copy the “club style” bikes and dress in a way that sends the wrong message. I ride because I love to ride not because I want to feel like I am something I am not. Movies may persuade the general public to have a certain opinion about “bikers” but it has more to do with how we act and what we are trying to portray than anything else.
@mathewkendell9056, your comment pretty well sums it up.
👍✌️
1% are NOT outlaws. They are gangs, aka micro governments with tons of laws, and are still subject to the regular government.
Hmmmm. Don't care - still a rider
Awesome movie with awesome music, no complaints from me.
I think we all like to feel tough, it connects us with the cowboy roots of America.
Is feeling tough, the same as being tough?
It makes you feel like a cattle rancher?
The Bikeriders will sell a motorcycle or two.
Yep. And prop up Austin Butler's dreams of being the next James Deen.
If you have a negative opinion of me just by looking at me? I don't need to know you because you are already to shallow for my taste.
Why didn’t Hegshot love this comment? I wonder
Blacked out motorcycles show a lack of imagination
@@timmebruer5205 come on now, no one is criticizing your bike, are they? We all different tastes and if you like tassels and tons of chrome, no one is going to hold it against you. Personally I have 90% black and 10% chrome, it’s a nice contrast. Sorry no tassels though.
Real bikers ride their bikes. Non riders watch biker movies we have the real thing. Non riders don't have a clue.
The problem with all these Club life movies / soap operas is they are not anything like real life and then impressionable 25 year olds think they're supposed to act that way
The movie is based on a book about the outlaws.
The events happened.
Helps to know what you’re talking about 🤷🏻♂️
@@clintogle538 don't believe the Hollywood hype of a one-sided story
Wait wait wait , so what you’re saying is I’m NOT supposed to kill my best friend for not wanting to commit crimes with me ??? Shit.
Lots of idiots out there will form opinions based off tv and movies. I never paid much mind to the stereotypes I ride period
Dont worry we all saw South Parks episode on yall 😂😂😂 they cleary got yall 100% correct
I've been riding bikes for a looonnngg time and I ride like a hooligan, I split lanes at speed, I ride hard fast and harsh all because I'm enjoying myself and I don't care about myself let alone anyone else.....here for a good time not a long time
Totally agree that SOA use the bikes in there show better than The Mayans did.
The SoA show was full of gratuitous violence.

I think the last biker movie i saw was Wild Hogs. Before that was probably Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man.
I wish Wild Hogs would come out with Part 2
@@SalRuggiero that would be cool
Wild Hogs is probably the most realistic biker movie ever made...
U literally said nothing
I know that Victory started blacking out bikes in 2006 starting with Vegas 8-Ball 2 years before SOA was released. Mercedes-Benz also introduced the "black editions" in 2006 and then other car manufacturers started following suit. Harley-Davidson launched it's "Dark Custom" series in 2008. It was the current trend at the time and SOA just went with it. So IMO, SOA did not really impact that trend all as it was already happening.
Even before that. Harley made one called the night train. Friend of mine bought one when they came out. But I don’t remember the year but it was way way before SOA
Jaxx Tellers bike is a 2004 superglide glide sport which was a blacked out model Harley was doing it way before them
@@JohnnyRebKy I am not a big Harley guy and after some research have found that they started the Night train back in 1998.
@SpudsMcHaggisthe night train first came out in the early 70's
You have to love how many of the people you n youtube take non issues that happen to riders like you and I on a daily basis and blow them out of proportion for clicks.
I deadass thot the sons of anarchy crap was wholesale tv drama and didn't exist at all at least anymore. Until I met someone that was in one and saw others with vests.
I couldn’t care less what ppl think about me because I ride a motorcycle. Those are fantasy stories in shows.
I ride a Guzzi California and I get asked that all the time. Especially Harley guys. They have no idea what it is.
@billfowler2867 24 years of various guzzis and I have been asked when will I get a real motorcycle? I ask in return how old and how many miles on theirs it's usually 5 years old +- and about 5k miles then as in one case I had a 07 California vintage with 115k on it
Love my Guzzi. I don't see a lot of them and that's fine by me.
@d.arm4873 I ride my 1100 Griso as a daily commuter and fun bike. There's only 2 new motorcycles that I would be interested in if I wanted to replace it and those are the Guzzi Mandello 100 or a Triumph Rocket 3r
I saw your short on the helmet liner. Did you really pay $75.27 to buy and ship this new liner to yourself???
I liked the bikeriders it seemed to be a good depiction of the times S.O.A good show for entertainment but some tried taking it to heart
Good god. What the hell happened? There was the 4 speed times "old fighters" and then this thing. The horror the horror..

Ey I had a crash couple weeks ago,got into a van, helmet and jacket did theire job,i'm fine
Need to replace handlebars and break lever this week
In the 60’s everybody and their dog smoked.
IMHO Lane Splitters and the videos of insane riders splitting lanes at just STUPID speeds very much harms the motorcycle community.
It drives sales of more motorcycles, which will require a whole new generation of young riders to remain profitable.
And with today's market, they're pricing themselves out of it. Harley needs a certain group, and that group is older and shrinking
I really don't care if the "community" is seen in a negative light. If you're not cooking my dinner or signing my paycheck I don't give a heck what you think. And that goes for the yuppie Harley guys too. Get your high dollar ride and get bent
You’re right about Mayans. They had sportsters over the parking yard.
Is there something WRONG with Sportsters? I love mine (all three of them), but I love my FXE too. Different kind of H-D, different kind of ride.
Hello from Indiana.
Love my Indian Roadmaster, great bike
Does Tom, in Tom and Jerry, make a REAL Negative Impact On cats ?
I sure recognize you footage from the trail of the dragon and American Biker.
You speak the truth brother.
I just want to see someone buy an old Harley cause of this movie and get mad when their bike doesn’t start on the first kick! Hahaha 😂
Maybe the club scene will get some more interest
Lots of hate from the fuzzy helmet crowd on anyone wearing a 3 piece
Was so fake of a bike movie !!!
Well,we had the Hell's Angels Charlotte chapter back in the seventies i think. TV really painted a bad image of them.
They painted a bad image of themselves running drugs 🤷🏻♂️
I would disagree. What I see having more of a negative impact are squids splitting lanes illegally and dangerously, stunting in traffic, and hordes of kids taking over intersections on small displacement bikes. As for HD riders, South Park had a bigger impact. You know the episode.....
Agree 100%
To each his own ♠️♠️
"The image that is portrayed" he says with a rack full of rifles, Harley posters, 2nd amendment poster, American flag and various other bits and bobs... no... no... no amount of media could color the image people have of motorcyclists and specifically American motorcyclists quite like the set you are sitting in...
A harley davidson is not a motorcycle. It is a motor equipped combination of a wheelchair and zimmerframe)
Anyone who rides a Harley is damaging the image of real world riders in Britain
The only ones this will confuse is the woke group who can’t separate real life from fantasy. It’s a movie besides the fact back in the day this shit was going down.
omg that drives me nuts. take responsibility for your shit and ride defensively
Seems this affects people that ride Harleys more then a guy on a adv bike or rice rocket.
Nice video, but when are you gonna learn how to mount and dismount a motorcycle???
Who gives a shit about public perception. If my image and motorcycle offend people that is on them not me. There are good and bad in every group. Bikeriders was a great movie.
Don't give a crap about Hollyweird period. Keep that rubber side down folks and stay alert. FSD😊
I've only ridden a dirt bike onto the back of the garage as a kid but this movie only made me dislike that punk ass kid at the end.
I never saw one complete episode of the Sons of Aunt Archie! As a former 1%er, it’s bullshit! If you wanna change the image of motorcyclists, go join the AMA or ABATE. But if it weren’t for MEN like these, most of you wouldn’t even be riding today! 🤬
