Indeed. Triathletes are leaving a lot on the table by not knowing some of these core strength exercises. Good on Joe for educating himself and helping others at the same time.

Simply BRILLIANT Joey!!! Kate is not only Professional but detailed and observant and over the top knowledge in S&C! Woohoo!! She is definitely Training a Donkey(thats you Joey) but who is the untrained horses? (Gustav I, Kristen B, Vincent Luis, Sam Laidlow, and a Plethora more, no doubt) what if they all hire Kate? I love she learned you on the serratus anterior, ask her how to target the mutifidus? Now Joey you need to add Pilates from a qualified instructor and you would improve much more! No Doubt!!! GG! All the best in the 140.6 distance series, and glad you decided not to do the T100 series and that you realize you do not have the "SPEED" for that distance!!!! Strength and conditioning and Pilates is the KEY!! Great observation Joey that you dont just to hammer out the swimming,cycling, and running to get better in Tris. Woohoo Joey, you are evolving although at the latter stage of your Pro career! Woohoo!!!!!!!!! GG!

Joined a gym after Christmas to improve my strength but I'm literally struggling to pick what exercises to do, this would definitely help take out the guess work.... Just need the android version and I'm all in..
