So for the record for anyone who stumbles across this, the constantly APM is a theory developed (at least from what I know) from Starcraft! They keep the APM up even when it doesn't matter yet so they don't need to spike for when it does matter, and therefore it's easier to have a constant higher APM and maintain the ability to swap screens at this pace when it starts mattering. Anyways, that's my little note of info, just if someone wants to know.

And that was before they even put a limit on how many kinds of potions you can have at once in your inventory, so people used to buy this and two other pots on champs like TF and Kassadin
