Video: An evening rush hour spotting trains at Bedford station situated on the Midland Main Line, this spot features passing and stopping EMR services to/from London St Pancras Intl, Nottingham, Corby & Sheffield, many Thameslink services to/from Gatwick Airport & Brighton, and a LNWR service on the Marston Vale line to/from Bletchley.

I agree. I have been traveling on HSTs for forty years. They are the best. They have real presence. Maybe it is having a loco at each end. The new rolling stock is fairly dull in comparison.
