VirginVoyager Xl I would argue that it is far better than Clapham as they have more trains passing at a faster speed. East Midland Meridians are far better than Gatwick Express 387s!
Man those 700/1s (12 coaches) are so Godamn long😂 thinking about it, if you added 6/7/8 more coaches, I feel like it could be as long as a Eurostar....great video Kieran🔥
I was at Birmingham new street today and the service that I got was going to Glasgow central and I think the numbers were 221 112 and 221 108 double pairing of super voyagers . Shame it wasnt a pendolino .
britostar class 270 pendolino they’re extending the electrification to Corby and Market Harborough but the new East Midlands Railway franchise will run those services using ex-Greater Anglia 360s and potentially new bi-modes.
For the question of the video, is it that Thameslink use both Overhead Wires and Third Rail. Although I think other train operating companies may do that
Thameslink has automatic operation from st pancras to blackfriars which is something no other train operating company does unless you are counting the tube.
@@southwesttrainspotting7636 Govia thameslink were the first to create automatic operation on the mainline not including the tube/DLR. I am not sure if any other TOC's have done it since.
They are the only trains to operate THROUGH services at St Pancras. Great video.
Bedford is the definition of a perfect Trainspotting hotspot. Clapham Junction has competition now!

Dan Smith true that, I would pick Bedford rather than Clapham. I’m just saying Bedford is becoming way better than Clapham.
It's a fantastic hotspot but take nothing from Clapham, I love it there!
Bedford is probably one of the best stations for spotting east midland trains coming from St Pancras because they have to tone the horn 😂
Agreed, it's a brilliant station!

I know haha. So many coaches but needed for such an in demand route.
For the question of the video, it may not be the answer you are thinking of but Thameslink are the only operator to call at London Blackfriars
That is right but not the answer I'm after. 😝

Nice
Is answer to the question the fact that Thameslink are the only ones to operate only one class of train, the 700?
ScotRail 170407 Gatwick Express operates exclusively class 387s
Ara they going to extend the electrification for Thameslik to operate further routes???????

Wait whaaaat!? Ive never knew that East Midlands trains chose class the 360
I thought they were going to use the class 387 instead 😋
I didn't know about the electrification to be honest, glad someone was here to help with this question. 😂
Thanks😘👍

Incorrect I'm afraid.
That's my local station I was that morning to see the flying Scotsman. But I had to pay 10p to get on the platform to see the flying Scotsman
Nice one. Yeah some stations charge.
On a normal day what is the turnaround time from arrive at Bedford from Brighton until it goes back to Brighton or wherever it goes
what was the tune you played on the intro?
Do hst’s ever stop at Bedford
I believe the odd couple a day do.
In the evenings and in the mornings mon-sat, and once an hour on a Sunday

The Tube counts with this so not the right answer.
