    4" for field work on game, 6" for kitchen work at home. Great looking knives, thank you Zach!

    I bought the 6" in cpm-154 a couple years ago and it's really amazing. I've field dressed, skinned, and boned out boar hogs and deer with it, filleted fish and sliced cooked meat. It is a really versatile knife to have in the field and in camp. It's a bit thin for skinning thick hides, but surprisingly holds an edge pretty well. Not as well as my S-90v or M4 knives, but this cpm-154 is pretty impressive, especially with how fine an edge it takes. Just got the 4" and can't wait to use it during hunting season this fall.

    Zach the orange side would look much cooler in the corner if it wasn't ORANGE ‼️🤣

    I have the 6 inch with the orange handle and it's a great compliment to my Spyderco Santuko. I also have some other Spydie kitchen knives, so don't know if I'll pick up the 4 inch mini.

    Looking forward to the custom version to add it to my kitchen knife set. 4 or 6, I vote for both.

    If I could only have one, the 4” is great. While watching this, I got a text announcing the Bushcrafter. There’s a miss. While S30v is as good as anything for a EDC folder, that mostly sits in a pocket, a bush knife should be a more rugged steel.
    That Tagged Out is the best version of that knife!

      I got the old design Bushcrafter which honestly I like better than the new version. Never had a problem with S30v. No rust, easy to sharpen and pretty tough. I got plenty knives in 3V and some Esse's in carbon steel which I like (easy to sharpen), but they rust fast. Its always a trade off. But now I use the Ursus 45 from White River. Great knife.

    Hi Zach, greetings from Germany! About that SelectEdge, I've got the Taggedout in MagnaCut, first model I experienced with that SelectEdge. Do you know if this means a 14/14 angle, so 28 degrees inclusive? It's such a good edge, wish I could order every Benchmade this way 😍

    Looks nicely slicey. How's the blade flex, is it just enough for good detail work, but not at filet knife levels?

    • @zachstuff
      @zachstuff  5 месяцев назад +1

      That describes it well. The longer filet knives have more flex than the mini Meatcrafter.
