She has lived through real pain and it comes through in her voice. She is honest.
I love the way y'all grooved when the first chorus hit. VIBIN'! And yeah...Yebba will make you flip a table with her singing. I''d be curious to see Dre's reaction to "Everything's Gonna Be Alright" for this same session (if he hasn't already seen it). If you don't feel anything after having watched/listened to that, you have no soul.
Where Can i find this
You know you a good singer when people are screaming in the background during your performance. Yebba is out of this world.
His reaction when he sees Yebba is perfect 😂😂
😂💀 This was a bonus track after a long day of reactions. What a treat! -Dre
Completely warranted 😂 love me some Yebba
This is their song now 😩
8:34 reminds me of the quote "All art aspires to the condition of music". Awesome reaction and commentary! Yebba killed it!
I have this song on repeat. The first time I heard the full version ofbthis brought me to tears. ❤
😂 where have y’all been man?!? Yebba is straight fire! That entire unplugged album was amazing. Just let it play!
PJ does amazing collabs! Love him singing with JoJo too
"How you paint your brush strokes" - De & Dre
Exactly. Artists like Yebba and others(Matt Corby) can really paint a song and make it so special and unique.
Both PJ and Yebba……were ridiculous…….their unique talents…..together……..I have listened to this song and Yebba’s own Album on repeat since it came out. Yebba’s depth and breadth…….everything she touches is incredibly soulful, raw, touching, heartbreakingly beautiful…….Yebba’s duets with Peter Collins, Lucky Day (my favourite) , PJ Morton , Ed Sheeran, John Mayer are so wonderful………but her own album delving into the raw nerves of her feelings about her mother’s death is incredible. Some of those songs made me feel like I was walking through Miss Havisham’s house….time stopping still……nothing touched….(trauma) of salvaging and keeping the memories…….Yebba’s songwriting …..her visions…….the band of musicians and back up singers she gathered for that album was above and beyond.
Thank you for your reaction to Yebba and PJ Morton’s award winning work.
And that's why they won Grammy for this.
"When she sing that first note, it's got a different anointing on it." So well said. The first note was all it took for me to be like, "damn..."
You guys are great! Thanks for the awesome reaction and sharing Yebba's music. She is such a gift. Thanks for checking this song out. PJ and Yebba can do no wrong.
Yep .. that’s the exact affect I felt the first time I heard this song.
You get a warm loving feeling inside with this
❤ this is my new favorite colab. And let's not forget the background singers The Amours. They are 🔥
I remembered when I first heard this how mad I was that it didn't go on for five more minutes...and I'm still mad.😂
I loved your worship and food analogies. Perfect.
It's incredible emotional sensitivity. And having more love for the music than being the show.
Listen to her sing, EVERGREEN.
Hey Mrs. Cobbs! I'll be sure to check that out over a wine BLK ✊🏾

Since you mentioned Teddy Swims you should listen to their cover of Bonnie Raitt's " I Can't Make You Love Me " I wish I could say more without giving it away but I can't

I watched your Jacob Collier reaction as well - good stuff. Did you know that he and YEBBA did a tiny little collab? Look it up and you'll probably really want them to finish it.
