It has great merit because it can ride a long distance on a road with a lot of undulations and it also suppresses speed like engine braking. But on flat roads, I don't feel much benefit. It is better to use 1L, because if it is a gentle downhill of about 3% at 1H, the progress will be poor. Conversely, if it is a downhill of 7% or more, it will also control the speed, so the 1H method is good. 0L is used when you want to use the inertial force on a flat road.
このシステムってペダル漕ぐのをやめるとすぐ止まるってことですか？惰性では進まないのかな。

パナのオフタイム７段乗ってますが、アシストあるので坂でも重い７速しかつかいません。軽いギアは使いますか？
ロードバイクと同じように必ず軽いギアからシフトチェンジしています。
重いギアで発進するとチェーンやドライブユニットに負担が大きくなるらしいです。
@@noiketrek 初代オフタイム、日常用なので壊れてもしょうがないとずっと雑に扱ってますが、１度後輪ベアリングを交換しただけで１０年以上全く壊れません（笑）。
それはすごい。
長持ちするのと日常のメンテが少なくて済むのがロードとの違いですね。

変速使わない理由が意味不明だね。そういう方が多いらしいが。電池の消耗早いしモーターにも負担だろに。
私はアシスト機能使用していようといまいと 変速は使うものとおもつているよ。メーカーがつけてくれた楽チン機能をお金出して買ったのに使わねえとはコリャー不思議な行動だわ！
僕はe-bikeの試乗会の時に教えてもらいました。たぶん自転車屋さんが買うときに注意してあげないとわからないと思います。
