Back in the Tazuna Bridge arc, Naruto was litarlly too scared to fight, and Naruto had Kurama lend his power to him to fight Haku. If Minato was there, either Minato would have bailed Naruto out there, or Minato could have taught him the flying raijin and made Naruto more OP at the beginning. I theorize Minato would have helped Naruto be Chuunin and then afterwards Jaraiya would not have been needed to teach Naruto as much after that.

I absolutely love the idea of Minato putting together the god squad to track down and hunt Obito. Minato, Fugaku, Kakashi would probably be involved (makes sense actually), Jiraiya and Hiruzen. All that would’ve probably helped bring Obito back to the village especially with Kakashi and Minato talking some sense into him after discovering it’s Obito and then Fugaku standing there as well as Jiraiya and Hiruzen.
