How to reply privately to a message from a WhatsApp group chat.

If there are say 25 members in a Whatsapp group - can I send a invitation to all on a personalised basis. Rather than as a group.
Any way?

For me there is no three dots

It's not the three dots, it's like an arrow pointing to the left, you'll see it when u hold on a message
