I have a 2022 and I added these flares a week ago. 3 out of 4 of mine fit perfect. The passenger side front has the gap you mentioned. AT offered me a partial on line credit but would not ship me a replacement. The credit was a nice gesture and I appreciated it but I really wanted a replacement. I’m going to try to close the gap with 3m double sided tape if it ever stops raining.
Purchased these, the way the inside of the flare was manufactured, the gasket seals do not stick to the plastic. Have to go with the double sided tape. Even then they didn't stay stuck to the tape. Going to try and re-install the rear two.

If you have mud flaps on the rear already, can you still use them with these Fender Flares?
But i bought this kind in outlet of dodge it cost of $918..why it so expensive?
I need those
Thus installing flares invites rust to ur fenders? Dirt would stick inside and can not clean properly
