- HEllo Everyone,
In this video I show all my updated pids and rates as well as my throttle curve and other mods.
I show you how to pull the stock vtx out and put a tbs unify nano pro in.
As of release of this video, i have now put back stock vtx, as the tbs vtx was pulling a lot of power and my flight times were almost cut in half.

Thanks to your video I just made this modification on my tinyhawk S.
It works perfectly, I didn't notice any flight time difference (5 minutes with 300mah 2s battery and 8 minutes with 550 mah 1s). Thank you very much.
8mins 😯 my most was 6m flat with 1s 525mah..
Stock vtx on the TinyHawk II is just fine and you can bump the power to 200mW if needed. Good to know the TBS unify is an energy hog. I won't go that route. Next time just get a Normal VTX with adjustable power output.

Interesting....I was considering this mod so I could have a bit more milliwatige and the ability to use an axii micro and not direct solder....Im guessing you were running it at 50mW right.? how were the flight times on 25?
I found that the flight time was reduced about .5 to 1min less then stock. I went back to stock on it as I'm now playing with frame mods to see if I can get better performance and waight reductions.
Next time unscrew the lens of the camera goes in alot easier
Did you try running the tbs on 25mw?? I'm wondering if since it's a better vtx if even the 25mw setting would be an improvement over stock
It was better on the 25mw.
But the added waight of the tbs is what I did not like as that still reduce it's flight time by 30s or so.
They have the Unify Nano Pro 32 now , and claim it has lower power consumption
i just did this mod on my tinyhawk,,, after 2 minuets the tbs temp was 190 deg,,, did you also have this issue
I did not have heating issues, just shorter flight times.
Good friend could inform me that other radios work with this drone and that I must buy in order to record video, what should I buy ???

Tinyhawk has a frsky reciver in it. Any frsky remote will work with it.
You can use other kinds but have to put a reciver in the drone.
I would go with the qx7 remote it's been great for me and ally drones.
As for video you can use dvr from headset is the only option for this micro.

What is the weight difference?
Never check when I did the mod. I ended up changing back to stock because of the less flight time.
His could you please give me a link for batteries as I see 10 for £23od are they right ones for tiny haw in a few days 👍the batteries at £25 and are they right ones for tiny hawk asap need more batteries, for it 🤙🤙👍👍
