The best video i've watched for a while! It really got my juices flowing to fix (or try to fix) some of the junk i have laying around!
Thanks for sharing with everyone. This can help a lot of people and one of the best vids on repair if not the best to helping people understand the basics of troubleshooting.
謝謝!
Great video. I managed to change a 3.3v regulator and an F405 chip, but this is great for diagnosing.
Hi @Mad's Tech, this is a great reason everyone should become a Patron like me, great content, 👍
Hi Mad I like very much this type of videos u gives us some of ur knowledge so we can try to work better in ours quads . It was a great video thank u .
Fantastic video, Ian! 😃
Thanks a lot for the lesson!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
He is not Ian, you hit the wrong key bind lol
Great video Ian
I have no idea why i don't see this videos when it comes out and after 2 or 3 weeks after or maybe longer thats when i get to this great videos . Thank u
Very interesting!
Nice one mate!
thanks a lot! found out that capacitor at corner was making a short circuit at 5V on my race v2 vtx, looks like it got damaged cause screw from flight controller below was hitting it
Nice find.
thanks for doing that vide, i had tried many times to fix broken board's
Спасибо!
Thank you Mads Tech for this repair vid. Please do more, focusing on pratical examples like using a multimeter, a shortfinder device (injects 1.2/1.8/... volts; a PSU stops if it detects a short due to protection mode), a thermal cam (or evaporating IPA), etc. Nice pratical examples is Livyu FPV channel. I think our hobby relates well to 3D printing and electronics.
Instructions unclear, poured beer on my VTX.
This was great! Thank you for the breakdown. Question for anyone reading this: Do you have any idea why my voltage is flashing and reading 0.0 in the goggles? Could there be an issue with however the FC reads battery voltage? Or could it be software related? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Hi @Mad's Tech , Is there a collective directory online to find pinouts or board schematic sheets online, do you have links to anything you could recommend?
Thanks man learn alot of things in this video, i hope you can make esc 4in1 version, fc so we can understand how it works hahahahahhaha
Hi I wonder if it's possible to check what has stopped working on a gps module
I have one of those Beitian BN-880Q
Working great up until the other day just stopped
Thanks so much
Love your content
Hey Ian, I love these videos. Gives me confidence to try and fix my own gear. One question: I have a nano camera with a broken inductor, how do I find what value coil to replace it with?
That’s the hard part. Sometimes it’s just a game of trying something that fits and seeing it if works lol. Let me see if I can see it on mine.
I miss large parts held in by leads then soldered, and of course Sams photofact. I quit electronics before anything was surface mounted and before boards had to be put under a microscope to see.
