Since this is being produced by Jeff, I expect it will take longer to film than some other BLs - I assume Jeff wouldn’t release anything that’s not polished or artistically top tier. So, late 2025 is an optimistic timeframe. But I expect you’re right that it’ll be 2026. But… you never know. The turn around time on some BLs is surprisingly quick. The Boy Next World didn’t start shooting until mid July I think. And that came very close to a 2024 release.
Saw Jeff's film at the movies in Australia. Wasn't sure if I'd like it but it was amazing and really stayed with me. Will definitely rewatch on netflix.

ossan's love is peak comedy, i love it so much and definitely recommend it to people who haven't seen it yet. i watched it all (first full season/movie/returns) this summer and you can tell there was a full 6 years between the start and the end of the drama, there's much more maturity about how some stuff is handled. i must admit that while i understand changing the boss' wife for his daughter, it does make me a little sad because in the og the wife is also involved in a massive age gap relationship and this couple+her existence are honestly just a wholesome part of the drama, i love her. anywayyyyyy i'm still impatient to see the thai version and i hope the most iconic line of the show has only just been cut from the trailer or i'll raise hell lmao (it's in the first or second episode so it's won't be a long wait until i rest) i'm also intrigued by the boy next world and futtara doshaburi :)

I've been waiting since 2023 when the announcement for 'Boy next World' was posted. I thought it would come out in 2024, but it didn't so I got worried that it would be cancelled. Same with 'Ossan's Love'. Love both BossNoeul and EarthMix, 2024 was empty with no series from them.😢

I also never warmed up to the OG Ossan's Love, but I (grudgingly) started watching the recent season 2, and it totally converted me. They'd kept all the things that were good with the first season and let go of the things that weren't. It was both heartwarming and hilarious. So if you didn't enjoy season 1 you might be like me and still enjoy season 2.
For OG Ossan’s Love, I wouldn’t recommend watching Love in the Sky. It’s a sad knockoff of the original. Just watch S1, LOVE or DEAD (movie), then Ossan’s Love Returns.
I mean if the history of "GMMTV Scandals" before I watched and while I watched told me everything at the end they're a company who needs to get the 💷 💷 in, so they couldn't care less what their employees think. I mean maybe it was a coincidence but after Mr Fois inapproirate joke to First, I watched more shows with him in sometimes not even knowing he's in them , than ever before, so I wouldn't be surpsied if something similliar happens with Mr Joss even if a few USA 🌈 citzien will sigh "Why (do they cast him still after that?) " in the reaction for whatever project is next. I am always so conflicted with these things, because I think a) Is it fair to shun the whole production because of 1 person? What's with the other 90-95% working infront and behind the camera is that fair enough to co-punish them just because you don't like the main/co-star (now)? b) Wow do we even know how the rest of the cast think, what if something simmilliar cmes out about your favourite Artists atm , are you dropping them in an instant? (I know some people can, and fair enough if it's hard enough for you to do though) but c) Long story short I think they said "Oi Kid can you delete that follow list is kind of contradictory to the job and bad for buisness 😉 😉 who says he isn't still following them on a private Instagramm or something? Yeah, I'm of the opinion that boycotting a movie or series because _one person_ (even if it's a lead actor) did something wrong, is not fair to all the other scores of people who invested time, skill, money and passion in the project. It does depend on what they did wrong, though, but in general I don't think it's fair to let all those other people suffer because of one person, especially if their actions were unknown at the time.

But if you cast them and make your project and it's finished (or all but), and _only then_ something bad comes to light... Should you scrap the project and let all that investment and labour go to waste? Obviously we all have our own bottom line for what's acceptable behaviour or not. Some people think cheating is among the worst things a person can do, while I couldn't care less about someone's private seggs life. Being a repeat seggs offender against minors, now that a whole different kettle of fish in my book. I actually think that even having committed a crime (depending on what type of crime) but having paid your fines or done your time for it, can be forgiven and forgotten. If you've paid off your debt to society, if you've atoned for your sins, if you've realised your mistake and apologised for it, and you wish to start over and become a better person-who gives a random commenter on the Internet the qualifications and the right to deny you that chance? Well. Context is important, but people are often very quick to condemn others for tiny mistakes, while letting yet other people get away with murder (sometimes literally).
