TBH, 4d was always one of my most fav mv by BP! Like ofc, all their mv are top tier, but I just think that 4d has really amazing mv :) But we all have different taste :) And I really like Black mamba as a debut :)
I actually like black mamba. No kidding, I was literally dancing to it before I saw your comment. I was trying to say that I get why people thought it was underwhelming. I should have worded it better, my bad.
5:14 i would have to disagree on that. i started listening to all my favorite artists, kpop and not kpop, because i thought they had a cool mv. i started listening to more songs and watching more mvs before falling for their discography. for example, dreamcatcher's deja vu music video is the most gorgeous thing i have ever seen, and it was what really got me into listening to more of their songs. also, sometimes the mv and song work together to weave an amazing narrative. for example, the loona mvs. loona has this thing called the loonaverse, which is basically an alternate universe that is told entirely through the mvs, song lyrics, and choreographies. bts' music videos also weave together another narrative.
The way the narrator says ddu ddu du 😭😭
She went : d d u d d u du
