Hercules should had been played by Henry Cavill. He’s got the body, the looks and the accent.
I'm pretty sure this post credit scene wasn't directed by taika. Just look at how zeus's personnality changed, i mean before he was a clown, whereas here, he became darker and more serious.

@@Emiliodelgado25 both of you aren't exactly correct. have you watched the released deleted scenes, including one alternate moment where Zeus taught Thor how to wield his thunderbolts? In that scene, he imparts wisdom and charisma, guiding Thor like a father would with his son. He was patient and wistful.
Your interpretations are creative but misinformed. He had always had a serious side. It's just that it was cut, leaving us with only his cartoonish persona. But given the fact that it was cut, you could also say that side of Zeus had never existed, and that leaves room for both of you to be correct. It's your choice, you can ignore the deleted footage, or watch them and make adjustments.

It's really exciting to see the MCU including greek mythology

Yeah I know I was hoping that the Marvel Cinematic Universe would include Greek mythology and now they did in Thor love and Thunder and I think Russell Crowe did a fine job playing Zeus and he will always be my favorite Greek god of the Greek mythology and so does Hercules and I'm glad that they include Hercules in this mid credit scene of the movie.

"When did we become the joke?" Right about when the third Thor movie hit or when the success of Guardians of The Galaxy veered the direction of the tone the MCU was gonna go for the foreseeable future.
Hence why I'm not particularly interested in this particular son of Zeus versus Thor match up, instead looking forward to another fight between the two somewhere else(God of War reference).

I enjoyed the movie except when fans spoiled it on jay's death like thats the real reason I quit at theater because now MARVEL gets to emotional with fans spoiling consent by spoilers

I got to say (this is my opinion) that this was not great casting. The dude is shorter (could be taller), British, and doesn’t have the face/build for the mighty Hercules. He is awesome for Ted Lasso but Hercules idk, I think that is a stretch

@Gabe Mark Seeing this transition of Kratos from Greek culture to Nordic, I was thinking, wouldn't it have been better if Thor had faced the Gods of Central America instead of that shit from Malekith in Thor 2?? And they could have taken advantage of it and presented the reality jewel in another way, in this Thor 4 it could be Thor vs the gods of Egypt, they could even introduce the Apocalypse in this movie.
