I love how after discovering his true power, his eyes constantly get full of lightning
Hearing “Eat my hammer” literally made me sigh with exhaustion. Yelling “Chessy Catchphrase!” would’ve been a better execution in my opinion
yeah should have been something like The Name Is Doctor Jane Foster when she hits gorr.
that eat my hammer line was giving me second hand embarassment
@@arzqh what’s happened
love it ❤️❤️⚡️⚡️ Thunderstorm
Well the count down itself is cringy, but she was new to this and she was a PhD, it's more than fair to get a little dorky and cringy at times like this.
idk i thought it was cool, tbf she did a pretty badass move after she said it. also its not really a cheesy catchphrase, cuz she does make him try and eat it
THAT is more Taika Waititi than whatever the hell Taika ACTUALLY did in this movie.
"Cheesy catchphrase!" is corny but it shows that Jane never did get around the whole superhero thing and it's kinda endearing. "Eat my hammer!" is just shit.
Im having of flashback when Thor was almost getting stab by Thanos then Captain America wields the Mjolnir
not a bad final battle as i remembered...
good one! 😁
Not a bad final battle, but a trash movie.
@@viniciuslima210 yeah!
@@arzqhThere are worse superhero movies. Way WAY worse.
@@DigitalDisco ik dude😑
@@DigitalDisco give us just 2 examples.... it was a pain watching this shit...but i went through for Gorr..
1:54 I'll accept DocTHOR Jane Foster
Jane gets to fight the good fight one final time knowing what it’ll cost her
That’s how much she was willing to sacrifice to stop Gorr
Even though this movie just wasn’t it the fights weren’t all bad
Thor again could not defeat the villain alone, again someone saved him. In recent films, he only suffers defeats, in Avengers: Endgame he was easily defeated by Thanos, without giving him a single chance. Here, too, he was defeated in hand-to-hand combat, he could not oppose something to Gorr
thor had to be saved countless times.
Odin saved him in Ragnarok.
Cap saved him in Endgame
Jane saved him in tlat
Guardians and Stormbreaker saved him in Infinity war.
Vision saved him in Age of ultron...
like bro what 😭
Are you only now discovering super hero movies ? There are really so few of them where the protagonist can defeat the bad guy on its own I could count them on my hands. It is vital on a narrative stand point that the hero can't just do everything on its own otherwise there is no tension AND being able to rely on other people is usually what sets the hero appart from his opponents.
@@arzqh if you are referring to the final battle in sokovia in age of Ultron as far as I know Vision helping Thor was in their plan (both Vision and Thor's Plan)
@@colorupscale2367 ik but imagine if vision didnt save him lmfao 💀
@@arzqh I mean Vision was really the main attacker of their plan, Thor was just playing distraction
so I don't see that happening, but even if there's no plan at all I don't think Thor would be hopeless either
Jane was so badass in this scene!
I know a lot of people didn't particularly care for this one, and that's fine.
It's definitely the most "Disney" of the Thor movies, but from a family-fun perspective it's still a nice ride. I had a couple of hype moments; it DEFINITELY could've been done better with Gorr's slaughter being expanded upon and the kids not being in the movie at all... but then it wouldn't be a Disney film... which is objectively better and what we want, of course, but unfortunately it IS a Disney film.
Just pray Deadpool gets to do his own thing.
Next film kindergarten deadpool
Jane foster suddenly can teleport
Kenneth Branagh should've directed adaptation of the story of Jane Foster as Thor. Waititi already proved with Ragnajoke how well he is suited to adapt Thor stories that are tragic.
I'm a big ass Ragnarok fan and even I thought this movie was trash.
OT Comedy stories
Ragnarok is the best Marvel movie out there, he just went overboard with Love And Thunder...
@@mozes88 it's not even in the conversation, it's genuine trash.
i still can't grasp how she became worthy :D
Its explained that Thor enchanted Mjollnir to always protect Jane. She doesnt have to be worthy. Mjollnir just allows her to use it so shes protected.
yea in the movie while they was still dating early on when Thor was drunk he ask Mjollnir to alway protect Jane no matter what and Mjollnir glow up basic agreed
wow now everybody can bear mighty thor hamma
so if every is special no one is
I mean, they make sense.
-Hela, Thor and Odin are all Asgardians of the same lineage. The all receive their power from the same source. Heck, Odin crafted the darn thing.
-Jane Foster wields Mjolnir because she's dying and Thor had altered the enchantment on Mjolnir to protect her.
-Vision was born from Thor's lightning.
-C'mon, Captain America catching that hammer was cool. He's the only person other than Jane Foster that would've really been tested by the hammer's enchantment, and as the leader/heart of the Avengers it would makes sense that he's just worthy.
@Captain Jaws captain America was fused with tesseract once that's why he could lift it there is no other reason
@@grimmshredsanguinus2915Not even close to the reason why but ok buddy. Just believe all the bs you made up in your head
@@grimmshredsanguinus2915bruh it’s called being worthy idk wtf you’re talking about
This movie started off so good but went down hill from there
I m love this movie
Mighty Aids?
He’s been saved twice by someone wielding mjolnir
actually she had a lot of his powers, as she dies, he regains back all his Thor powers
@@blazurankar8336 still got saved
I loves thor
ruclips.net/video/Jz9aDvUnFxQ/видео.html
I love Jane's Catchphrase and she will be remembered after her sacrifice
Me too.
Cringe
@@NeonDeity respect opinion
Everybody complaining about Mighty Thor's "Eat my hammer" seems to be forgetting that this is a COMIC BOOK MOVIE. It's supposed to be a little cheesy sometimes.
And honestly, when you have multiple doctorates and the power of a god, you can say whatever you want because you're a genius with the power of a god.
No
It's a comic book! LOL!
Jane/Mighty Thor: First off, the name is Mighty Thor!
Secondly, if you can't say Mighty Thor, I'll accept.... Dr. Jane Foster!
and thirdly, Eat... my... hammer 🔨
Jane calling herself Thor makes no sense. "Thor" is not a title, it's his actual name.
By the end of the kids fight scene and ‘eat my hammer’ I was very sad. It was a surprisingly good movie other than that but blimey…😢
Who green-lit this script lol? Who thought these ultra cheesy, random one-liners were a good idea? Who thought Lady Thor was a good idea? So many bad ideas sprinkled throughout this movie.
A waste of Christian Bale.
Damn good movie. Everyone loves a good story, Marvel just won't stop
Eat my hammer is Awsome idk what the bellow person is talking about. You know when you where a kid Thts what most of us would have said.
The action in this movie is absolutely lackluster. There's a sense of lethargy throughout the movie as well.
This was not well framed, edited, and nothing interesting between the clashes of their weapons. Simply CGI models of the heroes and the bad guy flying around.
This was a childrens film. There’s zero way i can wrap my head around how anyone who was part of the rollout process for this film could have thought otherwise, one of the most disappointing “high anticipated” films i’ve ever watched.
@@cleanking5059 This was a lousy movie. There are children's movies that offer more entertainment and artistic values because their makers actually care about what they make.
Are we watching the same movie? You people talk like you're crackheads on some bad trip
@@cleanking5059 You know i'm stating to think you people only dislike the movie because you wanted more abject, over the top violence and needless gore.
Im angry because thor got is 4 movie but black widow only 1😢😭
Actually Jane Thor was fought better than Thor...
This is due to a terrible script
Kratos can beat this version of thor easily even without blades of chaos or his axe . Smh weak thor even drunk thor can beat him easily that too without a single drop of mead or drinks.
Baldur would have remembered this thor as a dissapointment to aesir gods
