Finally a review for the 10th gen! I had this in my Amazon cart and almost sent it to the wrong address so had to cancel, are you still using it currently? I’m torn if I’m going to get this, the magic folio case, or just get a Magic Trackpad which can also be used with my MacBook 😅
Thanks so much for watching! I'm currently working on a full review video for this keyboard case! But in short: Unfortunately, this case wasn't really for me. A couple things to keep in mind is that it's bluetooth so you will have to occasionally charge it. Also, it doesn't work well for using the iPad in portrait orientation; you pretty much have to always use it in landscape. But I think it's pretty good if you mainly use the iPad with keyboard and trackpad. Hope this helps!
I think in couple of months a cheaper option will come out. But I don’t see the 11th gen iPad stepping away from that case cause they can add a flash and new chip and call it a day.
Are you still using this keyboard case? There seems to be a good amount of negative reviews about it and amazon shows or says it’s a frequently returned item and I’m looking for a keyboard like this style.
While saving money is always nice, the real reason for this product is that Apple does not make this version of the Magic Keyboard case for the iPad 10th gen. Only the Pro and Air fit the one that elevates the iPad so that it looks like a tiny iMac. The "folio" version of the Magic Keyboard for the 10th gen has that flip out "kickstand" on the back.

Thank you for your video. I received the keyboard and have the same issue of the left option button not operational. I am now on my fourth email with the company to get a refund and they keep stonewalling and won't send an RMD and shipping address for me to return the defective product for a refund. Their response is the right option key works, so what's the problem? Would NEVER order from this company ever again. Update: ESRGear says the non-functioning left option key is "by design" and they do not deem the keyboard defective. I have submitted a claim with my credit card company for refund.
This is probably a bit late to help you, but for others experiencing your issue, it specifically states on their website that you must press the right option key + B to put in bluetooth pairing mode and that the left option key + B does not turn on pairing mode.
Can this be used with iPad pro? The dimesnions for ESR made ipad pro - specific case and this one are the same, and the falp has been updated to the other side.
Personally, I do not think this could be used with the iPad Pro. While the dimensions may be similar, there are some differences between the regular iPad and iPad Pro. For example, the Smart Connector are on different sides of the device, the device dimensions are slightly different, etc.

No, this case is only compatible with the 10th-generation iPad.
