- Mussoorie is a hill station and a municipal board in the Dehradun district of the Indian state of Uttarakhand. It is about 35 kilometers from the state capital of Dehradun. The hill station is in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan range. Bauhat hi bakwas jagah hai mussoorie kuch bhee nahi hai mussoorie is one of the worst hill station. The place do not have any attractive spot. . The place is very costly. Fooding and lodging is very difficult and costly. There is no public transport in town, only cabs are available which is very expensive. It is not worth visiting the place.😃

Dhanaulti is 25 km to be exact .yes 2 -2.5 hrs lag jayenge agar new driver hain to .bcz raste bahut narrow hai ..n traffic b hota hai .i am local from mussoorie .

Ab Mansori rani nahi nokerani hogai hai. Naturality khatam hota ja raha hai, pahale Rajpur tak Braf padti thi, ab Mansori main bhi dikhana muskal ho raha hai, jarurat se jayada hotels ,makan, natural kam artificial jayada, is per sarkar or janta ko jarur sochana chahiye. Construction control karna chahiye ager Naturality ko bachana hai.

Distances between these places are almost wrong, dhanaulti is 35 KM, Gunhill 3 KM max, Bhatta fall 8 km (no need to track you can reach easily by ropeway/bike) & you missed surkunda devi which is best view point, work on analysis then create videos

Mussoorie losing its charm due to increasing population and tourism, this is leading to increase in garbage production, traffic problems, pollution and what not. though there are still the sightseeing places like lal tibba, cloud end, gun hill and the very famous mall road. but the local people are continuously increasing fares for parking and small eatables. last time I went there in march and parking fee at cloud end was 100 bucks for half an hour which used to be not more than 20 bucks for an hour. slowly and steadily this hill station is turning into a town, what mussorie used to be 10 years ago is today's dhanaulti which is a small hill station an hour away from mussorie. another major problem in mussorie is the
parking problem in main mussorie. there is no space and cars need to be parked far away from the hotels. I would suggest not to stay in main mussorie and take a room on the outskirts, 2-3 kms from mussorie. 4-5 hours are enough for the queen of hills nowadays. I hope the government takes needful steps to ensure mussorie stops losing its charm.😢
