Hey! All the homes on this channel are “show homes”. They are fully decorated models that are set up in order to sell other homes like it. Because they want the homes to stand out, they close off the driveway and put flagpoles and signs out front. Once the home stops being a show home they add in a driveway and sell the house. Hope this explains it. 🙂

Most of the homes I film are 3200 SQFT+. So relative to the others on my channel, it’s small.
