    Why drill into the mortar instead of concrete block? And wouldn't drilling into a basement block wall potentially cause a leak where the screw is?

      @@TheTimeDetective42 easier doesn't imply better though. Weakening the mortar between blocks in a basement sounds like you're asking for trouble.

      @@nova31337 Fastening through mortar joints is common practice.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the video - I love your pegboard.
    I'm from the UK. Can you tell me what the thickness of the sheet you use is and the space between the centre of the holes. There's a few options here and its difficult to know what to get.

    Paint the wood with flat black paint and it won't show through the holes as much.
