Yay! Happy for you Jay! Glad you are feeling better. I took a vicodin the first day to stay ahead of the pain, but then after the first day the pain was much more manageable with tylenol or mind over matter. LOL @ the snake reference with Dr. Garramone's tight bandages. Hang in there with the itchiness, and the stir-crazy and remember it's temporary. You'll be free in about 4 more days! I played a lot of "words with friends" on my phone (scrabble).

Re: the anesthesiologist - I know that anesthesiologists especially have to assume that folks don't know the procedure and what happens, so a lot of times they use the most basic language possible. It's kind of like when people come into my job, sometimes if I say "connect to Wifi," there are people who have no idea what I'm talking about... so I have to go even more basic than that. Sorry you felt talked down to, I hate that, too. :( Just wanted to share.
