Ingredients:
2 oz dried tamarind
3/4 cup boiling water
3 garlic cloves
3 red chili peppers (this is spicy, cut back if you want less)
1 Tbsp lime juice
3 Tbsp fish sauce
3 Tbsp sugar
Yields: 3/4 cup
