Look at his positioning, he's not just taking the high ground, he's completely breaking line of sight. There is a high level Widow in this game and on attack she only got him once on the first turn. He completely breaks line of sight and still has enough understanding of angles and projectile trajectory that he's consistently landing shots from out of sight. He counters the Widow so hard with positioning that she never manages to hit him again. The kind of people trash talking in these comments are the people that dump a thousand damage into an Orisa with a Mercy pocket and think they're better than everyone else because they have more damage. Pretty much every time Aquamarine lands a hit he gets a kill. He's not just spamming hoping for damage, he's targeting people and making sure they go down.

Not only that he requires a good amount of aim, he can even hit airborn heros and his rebounds need to be well placed for optimal value with a good amount of map knowledge needed

This guy is no different than any gold junk. I mean look at his damage throughout the game. Winston is out damaging him. His healers are the real players here. He is honestly the weak link on this team.
Ppl don't know how to use him. His job isn't to get kills. His job is to create mayhem and confusion to distract the enemy from your team mates. Getting kills is a bonus.

I don’t know if this is what you’re looking for, but if you jump right before detonating the mine, you jump higher. That, and then double mining will get you really high
