I think Alibi should be able to make the clone have a specific pose. For example she crouches and leans right, then presses her ability button and the clone appears in that exact pose and position. And of course, making the clones match her skin and weapon skin

Operator rework: I think skopos should be reworked by giving her 2 lives, 1 per robot, but each robot only has like 75-60 health instead of its max health. There is no realistic way that 2 robots need to be connected and then skopos gets kicked out when 1 is destroyed
I think it's an agreement the character made that she considers herself eliminated when her active robot is dead, because otherwise as you said, it makes no sense that the other robot becomes unusable when the active one got destroyed
I personally think this would be a okay idea, but in higher lobbies you would not be tricking people much because bullets makes extra penetrative sounds near you that would not even work %5 of the time on top 3 Ranks in the game arguably top 4 Ranks.

A powerful rework for tachanka could be a sling for his launcher and fireproof boots, and if you wanted to buff him more, give his fire spread a 1.5x buff. The fire proof boots would be a passive ability that would allow him to advance through his own fire, allow deadly plays, and maybe even goyo fire. The sling would allow for him to reload, equip and unequip faster, and the spread is just a plain buff.

A Finka rework where she has a targeting system like Deimos Has. She targets her teammates or herself. When boosted the selected operator will be set back to full hp along with any other buffs she currently gives. She would receive 5 with a 15 or 20 second cool down. When Finka herself goes down, she will automatically target herself for a revive and consumes a charge upon doing so.

A Flores buff i came up is give him the speed boost drones have, make them be able to take 5-10 shots and if you destroy it, it stills explodes, and they can drive on walls.
Oryx: Give him the option to swap between the Doktor's Curse "Long dash" and his normal "Short dash" Nomad:Along with the AK grip, either make it so she can pick up her Air-Jabs, or at least give her an extra one. It feels like she's heavily underplayed because she's so dependent on good team comps that you either use it for execute flank protection (Little use early round), or for clearing flank protection (Low use late round)

With the mute buff it can also act as a double edged blade because as you move around it gives you a range where you are "detectable" since you will disrupt things as you move around so its not bad
For the castle rework you mentioned, that is already in the game, just walk up and melee the barricade so you do the knife animation. Because its not the same as the punching one it doesn't show the punch hole on it but still counts towards it being broken
Sens gets a echo drone that you can change the height of. Press set button to drop smokes. You can turn these on and off. While in the drone, sens presses a button to have the line of smoke follow where it goes.

3 things for Buck: he gets his frags back, a tighter pellet spread on his shotgun, or he gets a vertical foregrip. If that last one seems weird, Maestro's lmg has a whole bipod, and his vertical grip is canted at a 45 degree angle. I'm thinking the same thing here.
For the recruit rework ops: Extended mag attachments. Not a lot, just an extra 10 rounds for the rifle, 2 shells, for shotguns, and 10 rounds for the pistol. For the lmg have it switchable between the gridlock mag and the traditional box mag.
Sledge should be able to make little tears in reinforced walls like kali, and when the robot that is not being used for skopos, it should be like a whole dome around it, and emp ability for claymores around them.
I love the thatcher idea the Mira idea makes sense, but I like the balance of how it is now. I really like the idea for Aruni too with the shield punching, but it's kind of a matter of what's the point of Oryx almost, except maybe, I dunno full extended Monte? Maybe just a longer normal melee shield knock away effect? That sorta goes into old siege "unique" interactions stuff that they don't like anymore because they want more uniformity to mechanics for accessibility, which I get, but I also miss all that stuff. Echo being immune to Dok, Zof and Ela having reduced concussion effects and all that junk, it was fun added flavor to the game and I kinda miss it.
Buck should be able to reload his shotgun and ar/dmr at the same time so you can open up a wall and then get into a fight where you have the ability to reload close, medium, and long range at the same time.
A good buff for Sledge could allow him to break through reinforced walls/hatches but it takes more hits like 3 or 4, and it does more damage to the hammer as a trade off.
IQ: She can ping multiple gadgets for up to 15 seconds and her team can see the pings. Maestro: Give him back the Acog and his turrets' glass cannot be shattered by melee, except Sledge.
I feel like both zofia and ela's concussion effect should also force the affected operator to crouch, and if you stood up, it would get worse, sort of like the old concussion effect, however, if you stayed still/went prone, the effect would lighten and you would recover faster from it since your body is stable. for finka, it would be nice if each of her boosts had a set amount of Healing, and was shared between all operators that were actually hurt, but still letting everyone get the handling buff. and surely for iana, if her gadget can project a hologram of her, surely she could project as any other attacking operator? for example, sending in a fake thermite on one side of the map while the real thermite breaches on the other? for skopos i think it would be huge if her shells could activate an emp as they get transfered to and stand up, with a cooldown ofc

You get 3 still and can use them every 13 seconds. The clone can make noise, so if you wanna outplay them throw a clone down and itll sound like you rotated, to the opponent’s perspective. You can also shoot them like iana clones.

For Finka, I think it would be good for her gadget to have a priority healing option and a global heal. For example, if one teammate has 100 HP and another has 60, you can choose priority heal mode, and it will heal the lowest HP teammate from 60 to 100. Teammates with full HP will not receive a boost. Or, you can choose global heal, and it will simply heal everyone. Also, Sens. IMO, for his trajectory to be more predictable, he should be reworked. My idea is that he would be like Flores. He has four drones that always go forward; A and D do not work; you have to guide it using only your mouse. Sens deploys his drone like Flores, and by pressing the left mouse button, you can start deploying his walls. He also keeps his current rework by Ubisoft. Skopos. Her robots can exchange parts to heal. For example: Robot 1 has 40 HP, robot 2 has 35. Robot 1 approaches Robot 2, exchanges damaged parts, and heals to 75 HP.
They should give Buck a option to toggle fire shells they work kind of like Maverick except that it would put a bunch of little holes in the wall that he is shooting at
A buff for Sentry and Striker would be to give them a whole bunch of cosmetics and change their body types (1 armor 3 speed small and nimble, 2 and 2 average build, 3 and 1 big and bulky). They can even be reused from other Operators (but they'll have to cover their faces). Make them uncommon and stuff so they're easy to get and let Sentry and Striker be super customizable, basically. They'll be like actual recruits, randoms pulled from anywhere to help serve Rainbow or whoever. Besides, I love me some customization options and I'll be slopping up those cosmetics like Corndogs my mom makes.
Maverick Buff/Rework : Rework the blowtorch to have an overheat rather than the weird reload mechanic and fix the stupid animation, make it go faster and swap faster. in addition, make it to where you can adjust the size of the hole from really tiny to about how it is now
For Attackers: Fuze You can have the option to use your fuze charges on your shield instead on the walls. So it's like they shoot out from the shield than placing them on the walls but you only have one option. For Defenders: Jaeger Jaegers gadgets are bullet proof and explosion proofso you have to walk up to them and gun bash the gadgets which the animation is 0.25 seconds longer then the regular knifing animation
As much as the usefulness of Deimos being buffed like that(this is kind of biased to the lore) he’s the enemy of rainbow so it makes sense that his gadget only affects him. Plus this is one of those moments where you’re solo queuing or you’re really good at 1 v 1s
Dokkaebi buff- the defender phone will buzz until the defender manually turns it off, some scenarios it’s easier to endure the call than turn it off. Make it so It won’t stop calling until the defender turns it off
This isnt a buff to any specifc operators its more of a rework to how the armour system works, kind of. It would rework the melee system to be tied into the armour system and make it so melee damage is based on armour tier so for example. 3 Armour - 60, Large Punch Hole 2 Armour - 40, Medium Punch Hole 1 Armour - 20, Smalll Punch Hall This would also apply to shield where they would have a reduced melee but not 0 so 3 Armour - 40, Medium Punch Hole 2 Armour - 20, Small Punch Hole 1 Armour - 10, No Punch Hole There would be some exceptions to this like sledge with his hammer and aruni with her arm would do maybe 100-120 and Sledge would make Massive Breach holes. Others i can think of is caveira, azami, and zero who would have knives that either insta down or kill but no punch holes. Another thing could be that operators like sledge have two zones where they do max damage and kill brunging them to 0 in the first inner zones but the second outer zones does half damage and instead downs when bring to 0.

I think a cav buff that would be good is giving her pistol the reflex sight that’s on either warden/Clash’s pistol or Ela/Zofia’s pistol. The only reason I dont use her is because of the pistols Ironsight. I don’t like looking thru Lego blocks to hit my target. And the Goyo buff would be able to throw the canister instead of having to pre-place it like a frost mat.

Cav silent step is less effective but a passive, and interras are the ability with 3 charges but the opponent can be dead. Then buff her primaries and make her primaries actually primaries and not the secondary
an idea for rook is that it adds a "visor" status so that the visors on helmets actually work and can survive 1 headshot before breaking (like in the deimos trailer)
A buff to tachanka: give him a variation of the sasg: the sasg inc(endiary) it will have the same stars as the regular sasg but with more damage and less spread but it will cause a impact nade effect causing heavy breaking to the enviorment and suppression also it will cause a small fire on the area of impact (note this is not a replacement to his gadget)
Maybe for Mute, He only has a personal jammer if he still hasnt put them all down. Like if he only sets 3 and still has one, its still active on him but if he does set all 4 then obviously he wouldn't have a personal always active jammer.
Maybe make it take like 2-3 hits for a regular operator to crack a Mira. Kinda like how it works for Azami barricades. It gradually breaks and makes it less visible after each hit until the final one fully shatters it
For defence, I think you should be able to make alibi's clones into your teammates ops e.g if you had a bandit, you could turn your clone into bandit For attack, it'd be cool sledge could pull a thor and be able to throw his hammer for ghits and shiggles

7:23 I feel like the Fuze buffs would also encourage more roaming, since the roamers will be harder to take down with pre-placed charges.

On Doke I’d say it only pings them if they let the phone ring the entire way through.
That way the ping isn’t immediate and the player can try to reposition if possible in the case that they do not want to put their weapon away to deal with the phone.
This puts the choice of be vulnerable now or in a moment in the hands of the opposing player.

2:45 I think that would be good, sledge is already a soft breach op that needs to be close to breach, so might as well give him hard breach so that if he’s close to a wall, he can go through it. OR make it so that with the cost of an extra swing of his hammer, he can break open the reinforced wall. One swing for the soft wall, then another for the metal wall.

With the mute buff it can also act as a double edged blade because as you move around it gives you a range where you are "detectable" since you will disrupt things as you move around so its not bad
For Castle, allow him to pull the door up and walk underneath it (like that old concept video) it would make it easier to rotate with him.
For the castle rework you mentioned, that is already in the game, just walk up and melee the barricade so you do the knife animation. Because its not the same as the punching one it doesn't show the punch hole on it but still counts towards it being broken
Sens gets a echo drone that you can change the height of. Press set button to drop smokes. You can turn these on and off. While in the drone, sens presses a button to have the line of smoke follow where it goes.

If that last one seems weird, Maestro's lmg has a whole bipod, and his vertical grip is canted at a 45 degree angle. I'm thinking the same thing here.
For the recruit rework ops:
Extended mag attachments. Not a lot, just an extra 10 rounds for the rifle, 2 shells, for shotguns, and 10 rounds for the pistol. For the lmg have it switchable between the gridlock mag and the traditional box mag.

I really like the idea for Aruni too with the shield punching, but it's kind of a matter of what's the point of Oryx almost, except maybe, I dunno full extended Monte? Maybe just a longer normal melee shield knock away effect? That sorta goes into old siege "unique" interactions stuff that they don't like anymore because they want more uniformity to mechanics for accessibility, which I get, but I also miss all that stuff. Echo being immune to Dok, Zof and Ela having reduced concussion effects and all that junk, it was fun added flavor to the game and I kinda miss it.

A good buff for Sledge could allow him to break through reinforced walls/hatches but it takes more hits like 3 or 4, and it does more damage to the hammer as a trade off.
IQ: She can ping multiple gadgets for up to 15 seconds and her team can see the pings.
Maestro: Give him back the Acog and his turrets' glass cannot be shattered by melee, except Sledge.
I feel like both zofia and ela's concussion effect should also force the affected operator to crouch, and if you stood up, it would get worse, sort of like the old concussion effect, however, if you stayed still/went prone, the effect would lighten and you would recover faster from it since your body is stable.
for finka, it would be nice if each of her boosts had a set amount of Healing, and was shared between all operators that were actually hurt, but still letting everyone get the handling buff.
and surely for iana, if her gadget can project a hologram of her, surely she could project as any other attacking operator? for example, sending in a fake thermite on one side of the map while the real thermite breaches on the other?
for skopos i think it would be huge if her shells could activate an emp as they get transfered to and stand up, with a cooldown ofc

A alibi buff: (im spelling this wrong) if you throw a clone down while in a tough gunfight, itll walk or run im the direction you through it and after 2 seconds will disappear. You get 3 still and can use them every 13 seconds. The clone can make noise, so if you wanna outplay them throw a clone down and itll sound like you rotated, to the opponent’s perspective. You can also shoot them like iana clones.

It would basically make one door completely available for droning but reduce the threat of electronic gadgets. It could be a problem if it’s an electronic gadget that the character holds, like a blitz flashbang or something like that… but overall, a solid idea!

For Finka, I think it would be good for her gadget to have a priority healing option and a global heal. For example, if one teammate has 100 HP and another has 60, you can choose priority heal mode, and it will heal the lowest HP teammate from 60 to 100. Teammates with full HP will not receive a boost. Or, you can choose global heal, and it will simply heal everyone.
Also, Sens. IMO, for his trajectory to be more predictable, he should be reworked. My idea is that he would be like Flores. He has four drones that always go forward; A and D do not work; you have to guide it using only your mouse. Sens deploys his drone like Flores, and by pressing the left mouse button, you can start deploying his walls. He also keeps his current rework by Ubisoft.
Skopos. Her robots can exchange parts to heal. For example: Robot 1 has 40 HP, robot 2 has 35. Robot 1 approaches Robot 2, exchanges damaged parts, and heals to 75 HP.

A buff for Sentry and Striker would be to give them a whole bunch of cosmetics and change their body types (1 armor 3 speed small and nimble, 2 and 2 average build, 3 and 1 big and bulky). They can even be reused from other Operators (but they'll have to cover their faces). Make them uncommon and stuff so they're easy to get and let Sentry and Striker be super customizable, basically.
They'll be like actual recruits, randoms pulled from anywhere to help serve Rainbow or whoever. Besides, I love me some customization options and I'll be slopping up those cosmetics like

As much as the usefulness of Deimos being buffed like that(this is kind of biased to the lore) he’s the enemy of rainbow so it makes sense that his gadget only affects him. Plus this is one of those moments where you’re solo queuing or you’re really good at 1 v 1s
Dokkaebi buff- the defender phone will buzz until the defender manually turns it off, some scenarios it’s easier to endure the call than turn it off. Make it so It won’t stop calling until the defender turns it off
This isnt a buff to any specifc operators its more of a rework to how the armour system works, kind of.
It would rework the melee system to be tied into the armour system and make it so melee damage is based on armour tier so for example.
3 Armour - 60, Large Punch Hole
2 Armour - 40, Medium Punch Hole
1 Armour - 20, Smalll Punch Hall
This would also apply to shield where they would have a reduced melee but not 0 so
3 Armour - 40, Medium Punch Hole
2 Armour - 20, Small Punch Hole
1 Armour - 10, No Punch Hole
There would be some exceptions to this like sledge with his hammer and aruni with her arm would do maybe 100-120 and Sledge would make Massive Breach holes. Others i can think of is caveira, azami, and zero who would have knives that either insta down or kill but no punch holes.
Another thing could be that operators like sledge have two zones where they do max damage and kill brunging them to 0 in the first inner zones but the second outer zones does half damage and instead downs when bring to 0.
The mute idea is absolutely insane, considering the fact the he already counters almost every damn operator
IQ- rework/buff idea
Whenever IQ pings any gadget, it will appear and dissappear (like normal)
BUT, if anyone on the team then enters that same room, the ping reappears to show the teammate that they have a line of sight in it, hence being easy to destroy it
Thought process behind this is, whats the point of pinging the stuff when im accross the map
Its basically making it relevant the moment players gets closer to the gadget to show them whats inside/whats to be expected
For Frost an extra mat and give Montange a shotgun

I think a cav buff that would be good is giving her pistol the reflex sight that’s on either warden/Clash’s pistol or Ela/Zofia’s pistol. The only reason I dont use her is because of the pistols Ironsight. I don’t like looking thru Lego blocks to hit my target. And the Goyo buff would be able to throw the canister instead of having to pre-place it like a frost mat.
For Flores they should make his drone explode on impact or when getting shot
For alibi give her gun Acog and make the ping longer

Brava drones should be like twitch drones where u start of with 1 maybe 2 charges but they regenerate over time so if u keep ur drone alive for a long time u can hack more

Cav silent step is less effective but a passive, and interras are the ability with 3 charges but the opponent can be dead. Then buff her primaries and make her primaries actually primaries and not the secondary
Buck: his shotgun could have more range, u could shoot open walls outside of doorframes and such
an idea for rook is that it adds a "visor" status so that the visors on helmets actually work and can survive 1 headshot before breaking (like in the deimos trailer)
A buff to tachanka: give him a variation of the sasg: the sasg inc(endiary) it will have the same stars as the regular sasg but with more damage and less spread but it will cause a impact nade effect causing heavy breaking to the enviorment and suppression also it will cause a small fire on the area of impact (note this is not a replacement to his gadget)
Maybe for Mute, He only has a personal jammer if he still hasnt put them all down. Like if he only sets 3 and still has one, its still active on him but if he does set all 4 then obviously he wouldn't have a personal always active jammer.
BUFF LORD TACHANKA
Maybe make it take like 2-3 hits for a regular operator to crack a Mira. Kinda like how it works for Azami barricades. It gradually breaks and makes it less visible after each hit until the final one fully shatters it
For defence, I think you should be able to make alibi's clones into your teammates ops e.g if you had a bandit, you could turn your clone into bandit
For attack, it'd be cool sledge could pull a thor and be able to throw his hammer for ghits and shiggles
