Dude I been ramper for 4 years the worst part about this job is dealing with the weather and sometimes the bags can be a pain in the ass because some ppl have to pack the closet in there bags 🙄
But I love it now and couldn't imagine doing anything else it's easy flexible and has its perks!

@@Mn-xx9hv let's put it this way its about having the confidence to work around a very busy and possibly dangerous environment. Aircraft as wonderful as they are can seriously damage or ruin your day . Its about working as a team and having eyes in the back of your head . No day is the same either on the ground or in the air . But I had some good times and met many amazing people.

@@airzulu2733 I hate to ask this way but what's the salary like, do you earn more money if you work as a RA longer? Is it a living wage? Do you have opportunities for promotion? I’m a ramp agent myself for CLT... it’s a lot tougher than you think. It’s a decent career but you better make sure you be mentally ready for ridiculous thing like your pay check being cut shorter randomly, write-ups, drama among other ramp agents, extreme weather, and attendance!
It’s not a very fun career, you’re only there to fly.

Doug Mammaro the average hourly entry level start pay @ SFO is $17-$18 as of this this. It’s still low pay since living in the Bay Area is total rip off.

    LMAO. Way to go SFO!
Thanks for posting to the general public our authorized only secured area where we all work. In todays world, videos like this have no business being posted on social media.

I’ve seen women lifting bags & even towing planes. They must have ‘balls’ to do the job.

Nzingha Pearson if they don’t mind getting their hands dirty and lifting some pretty heavy bags than they shouldn’t have a problem lol
